Food is trash. They have a lot of employees walking around and doing nothing but the service is basically nonexistent. Friendly, but slow.

Had time reserve 30 min after our time we was informed it be additional 30 min then they added additional hr wait. Drove 2 hrs not to even get to play poorly ran top gulf been to 5 locations this is the worse one.

Went with a friend, played an hour, ate, and was talking. Was done playing, but hanging out talking. Never received refills, not one in an hour. After paying, table was immediately given to someone else with plenty stalls open. Was made to leave instead of giving people another open bay. This was minutes after paying. Will not return. Contacted on Facebook and no response. I waited about a year to review.

This was our worst experience EVER, and it was our 3rd party here. We arrived early and were told to wait at the bar. Our event was 3:45 to 6:15. At 3:55 my husband asked about our reservation. The front seemed shocked no one had seated us but told us to go to the bays at the far end. We have NEVER been on the end when we have reserved for a party. I asked about th, s and the manager wanted to argue about it telling me they never seat parties in the center. I pulled up the website I used to book all 3 parties and showed her the fine print where it says they try to get you as close to the center as possible. I was told someone would come talk to me, and of course, no one ever did. We moved on and got started. The waitress then treated me like I was going leave without paying and asked for my card before she would take our food order( in front of my guests). Again, below copied from the confirmation email says a method of payment will be collected at the END of your event.

"Deposit: The non-refundable 25% deposit (pre-tax) made today will be deducted from your final bill the day of. Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your event plus any applicable taxes, fees, or overages for the full package. Please note, that we do not keep your card on file and a method of payment will be collected at the end of your event. This booking is non-transferable to a reservation.

Gratuity: Tip is NOT included in your package cost, so please be sure to tip your bay host the day of your event."

I used my debit card, the waitress didn't come to me with the check, another lady (I am assuming a manager) came to me and ask if I wanted to use the card on file for the entire balance. Would I give her a card I didn't want to use? Absolutely not! I told her we didn't get started until around 4 and asked if we could get the entire 2.5 hours I paid for, she said she would let us stay until 630. She then came back with the receipt and told us she would not extend our time and took 2 appetizers off the ticket, which was not what I wanted.

Update: Nicole from sales called to talk about our experience. She was very nice and made things right. She explained that the bays on the ends are for parties with a buffet, which we did not have, so we should have been closer to the center. Both of our previous parties were awesome, and hopefully, this was just a one-time thing. The food was great and although we are not good at golf, we always have fun playing.

Pricey, but fun! The food is good. The staff is helpful. They didn't seem to have enough help the day we were there. Be careful on the pricing because it's not crystal clear.

Parking: plenty of parking and its all easily walkable to front desk.

Felt cramped. Food was decent but service was somewhat absent.
Lost about 30 minutes of our two hour booking to machine issues.

Golfing was a blast overall. That was more about who we were with. It's a pretty expensive entertainment in cost/hr.

Luckily, we had our lane for two hours. Because it took over an hour for our food to come. And we were offered no discount or anything. Don’t attend if you are hungry or want fast service.

Been here twice in the last two months and likely will not return. First time we ordered a flatbread pizza with 55 minutes left. At 15 minutes remaining the server came over to let us know that we couldn’t extend our time due to another party that reserved our bay after us. No problem, but I asked what we were to do about the pizza. The waitress’ eyes lit up and she said “let me go check on that pizza.” At that moment I mentioned that if she forgot to ring the pizza in to just not bother because we had already eaten the rest of our food and weren’t that hungry. She insisted the kitchen was just slow although I saw her call the manager over to the computer. When she returned she mentioned that we could actually extend our time by 15 min so we could eat at the bay. Ok, no problem.

Cut to the bill, and I inquire about being charged for the 15 minutes. The server told us that since we agreed to have more time added we would have to be charged. I saved the argument about how we only wanted extra time to eat the food we ordered an hour ago, because I knew it would fall on deaf ears.

Second time we went just to get food. Sat in the bar area for the better part of 15 minutes and the bartender kept looking at us but didn’t once inquire about if we wanted to order anything. Made eye contact multiple times as well so they did see us. Ended up walking out without having even spoken to somebody.

No third chance here, sorry.

Called asking if week.1 counted for league points and was told 3x it would count. Our team rearranged our schedule to be there only to find out it was practice night. I approached MGMT and was completely blown off. Will not be returning after the league.

Ripoff!!!!Worse place ever!!!! Payed $600 for a package for my daughters birthday, that upon arrival was nothing like the one I was sold. The management was completely unhelpful and pretty useless honestly. Go watch a movie, throw axes, do en escape room, just don't waste your money here.

I WAITED A WHOKE 45 MINUTES FOR MY DONUTS, COME TO FIND OUT THEY WERE OUT. THE LADY COMES BACK...45 MINUTES!! LATER TELLING US "I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE TOLD YOU BUT WE ARE OUT OF THEM" gulp.. I'm sorry? NOW I have to get a fricken cookie.

This is a great place for some good family fun. Even though it was 45° outside it was very warm and comfortable. I enjoyed myself so much. I've never golfed before but it wasn't hard to catch on. I did pretty good for a beginner. I have every intention on going back.

Me and my friends decided to go to top golf and we had a great time ,they have good food not a lot of options but they are good options and our host Easton was friendly and accommodating and taught us a lot of golf for our first time !!
