I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper dry with Cajun ranch fries and only got 9 wings 15.24 I wanted what I paid for missing a wing that’s serious to me I paid full price

I have NEVER had such horrible service.

The older lady that works here is horribly rude and impatient. On the phone and in person! As someone that has worked in the service industry, I have never and could never treat customers the way she does. I will not be back.

I love touchdown wings but the service I received was 1-star worthy. I was greeted by an impatient, rude worker at the front desk who rushed me through my order. Then, I saw as she gave my order to another customer. I notified another worker that our food had been given to the wrong customer, so we I was supplemented with our missing meals—but I am assuming the front desk staff thought I left the premises because she proceeds to tell the other worker that it was MY fault that our food was given to the wrong customer because I “just sat there.” (This was loud enough to hear from the back of the restaurant.) The man who received our food came in and had to reorder the correct thing as well.

As a fellow restaurant/customer service worker, it is painful to receive such bad service and then also be blamed for an incident that was out of my control.

"Old" specials on current website, prices are way higher when you call to order.

This place has my favorite wings. I recommend lemon pepper wet extra crispy.

Counter service, about 10 minute turn around for food. Inside is very straight forward, basic tables and a TV set up.

The food is amazing, like best wings I’ve had in Huntsville so far. Lemon Pepper wings were delicious. It’s a great lunch spot, the 10 piece lunch combo can’t be beat by anything in the area for how good of quality you’re getting. Call ahead to make sure you get around any potential waits.

Excellent wings. It is always delicious and quick service. Their flavors are great. The Caribbean jerk was the right combo of spices flavor and spice heat.

Those wing were GARBAGE, they were not thoroughly cooked.The two guys who cooked them need to be retrained, if ever they were. I normally go to American Deli & Blessed Wings, but the weather was bad so I went down the street and regretted my decision. But on another note, the cashier was a sweetheart and the fries were good.

They don’t offer the .59 cent wing special on Tuesdays like their website says. Wing are pretty good for the price. I accidentally ordered two meal combos with fries and drinks and was wanting to just order wings. Didn’t like the Jamaican jerk flavor that much, but the Buffalo ones were pretty good. Would eat here again and try other wing flavors and some of their apps. Cashier wasn’t overly friendly or helpful but she was nice enough and service was average.
