This location is consistently great! The smoothies are always fresh and yummy, and the staff is so friendly every single time I come in. It’s one of those spots where you know you’ll get fast service with a smile and exactly what you ordered. Definitely my go-to Tropical Smoothie in Huntsville!“

The only hiccup I have had is I didn’t get my salsa on the side one time, but that’s the singular hiccup I have had. Their efficiency and customer service quality has been what’s kept me coming back!“
“We love Tropical Smoothie. Only took a star off because when we order extra chicken in our wrap, it's not added. And 9 times out of 10 they forget our edible straws. We have to ask for it. Sadly we can't open our wraps up before we get home to check it. So we're paying extra, and not getting what we ordered. I just wish the employees would pay closer attention to the online orders.“
