This location is consistently great! The smoothies are always fresh and yummy, and the staff is so friendly every single time I come in. It’s one of those spots where you know you’ll get fast service with a smile and exactly what you ordered. Definitely my go-to Tropical Smoothie in Huntsville!

Came here for a smoothie went through the drive thru and sat there waiting for a response for about 5 minutes and never got one, then I drove around to the window and the employer just looked at me, never asked if I neeeded help or anything. If the drive thru is close just put a sign up saying that, you don’t have to ignore a customer.

I’VE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AT THIS LOCATION EVER!

I’m so annoyed. Currently, as I type this review, I’m still sitting in the drive thru LINE! I cannot backup and leave due to the narrow drive thru lane and someone in front of me & the back. I’ve been in this line for 35 MINUTES!!!! THATS INSANE. It do not take almost 40 minutes to make a damn smoothie 😒 I don’t know what’s going on with this location but I am DONE. I’ve tried to call TWICE & they haven’t picked up the phone not ONCE. Save your time, just make your own smoothie. I will never be back to this location.

Went through the drive through. Speaker was not working. Employees had a piece of paper taped to the speaker, but it was folded in half from the wind. So we drove to the window and was met with attitude from the employees stating we had to come inside. We went inside and saw there was absolutely nothing stopping them from taking an order at the window. Because the window was directly behind, and I mean a 180 degree turn, from the inside register. To top it off, they were mumbling under their breath because they did not believe that we were unable to read their 00.05 cent sign. What a joke. It’s always the same attitude from the employees at this location.

They made a simple mistake on my order, but went the extra mile to fix it. And when I told him about it, they did not look at me like I had the plague - like a lot of other restaurant workers do. I can’t stress enough how far some simple common courtesy goes. Way to go! Thank you

Rude. Confrontational. Unprofessional.
On Saturday, August 9th at 4:31:28 PM at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, 2324 Whitesburg Drive SE, Huntsville, AL 35801, a female employee was curt when taking my order, slammed the window in my face, refused to give her name or the manager’s name, and told me to “get out of her line.” As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately. I will not be returning.

Rude businesswoman from another businesswoman! Asked for a small cup her response was it’s usually 50 cents but I’ll get you one with an ATTITUDE! The money never was the problem it was the body language and attitude

Ordered delivery but only drinks and no food was delivered. Tried calling to resolve the issue but no one would answer the phone.😡

The store’s posted hours online and on the door are 8 am; however, it wasn’t open by 8:15.

We had a big party the entire staff was patient with us. Bathrooms are clean!

Ordered a smoothie they did not give me a napkin. It took them five minutes to come back to the window when I asked for a napkin they acted as if there was an issue never coming here again.
