Weird i wasn’t able
to get everything i paid for but i order from here often and usually have no issues but ik disappointed and hungry a few nights ago from tropical smoothie around the same time and i got my baja wraps and everything was perfect no problem. On the app they close at 9:45. My doordasher Kimberly was very helpful despite it all and still brought my chips and drink.

This location really needs to evaluate if there’s a staffing issue, or service issue, but this drive through wait is unreasonably long. The purpose of a drive through is quick service, save time. I’ve been to the other on Cecil Ashburn and this location is easily 3x longer of a wait. This is not a one time occurrence, it’s happened multiple times at this location.

Just want to say i don’t recommend the Whitesburg location at all my food was not good at all it was put together all sloppy and didn’t even look like what i always order also i was supposed to get three sides and none were in the bag…but to top it off the guy working the drive through was RUDE his a chubby man with brownish/orange Beard with a tropical smoothie baseball cap on he literally had a attitude from the moment that i started ordering when i got to window he kept giving me a death stare i would of got down and talked to the manger but my kid was being fussy.

Great smoothies!! Amazing açai bowl! Pretty expensive I ordered one açai bowl and it was 11 bucks. Overall great place to eat lunch or breakfast!

i paid 11.98 plus a tip being nice bringing the total to be 13.78 & i order a açaí bowl expecting it to be perfect & i didn’t get açaí only got more granola and banana and strawberry then the base ! i’m just irritated and wanted a good bowl in the morning . & the strawberry are old. i can’t eat this ! & forgot the honey , also tried calling the store 3 times to explain my problems and situation , no answer !

I had a HORRIBLE experience as a visitor. I arrived at 8:50 to buy a smoothie in the drive thru and no one came. So I go in the building @8:55 and the lady looks at me for a minute and tells me that they are closed. This is awful service and I am a loyal Tropical Smoothie customer.

Look it's a tiny little shop with a terrible parking lot, but its the best healthy fast food place I've ever found. Their smoothies are incredible, the baja wrap is dope, the peanut butter banana grilled wrap is to die for, and honestly if you want a solid affordable acai bowl or yogurt bowl this is the spot. The employees are also very straightforward which makes lines move quickly. They're not rude! They're very nice, They're just also business first.

Vegetarian options: Most of the smoothies are vegetarian or can be made so! All smoothies are single batch made on the spot!

Dietary restrictions: Since every smoothie and food item is pretty much made on the spot single batch, it's very easy to work around dietary restrictions! They're very helpful!

Parking: Its a very small parking lot be warned!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, plenty of seating, very bright and friendly colors

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there's a wheelchair accessible entrance but it is a very small parking lot. Drive through might be the best option?
