I waited in the drive through for 20 min for 2 small things

So far every time I have ordered ahead on the app the team has been quick to make my order and greet me with kindness when I pick it up. The only hiccup I have had is I didn’t get my salsa on the side one time, but that’s the singular hiccup I have had. Their efficiency and customer service quality has been what’s kept me coming back!

I can't speak on the food. Employees are great. However, my daughter interviewed with a manager, Jordan, and was immediately hired. She was told to come in at 8:30 this morning for training. She was there a few minutes early but Jordan was not there. She waited almost two hours and Jordan never showed. It also appeared that there was a person waiting to be interviewed also. Hopefully he had a good reason not to show up.
By far the friendliest staff I've encountered with Tropical Smoothie. Everyone in the store made the experience warm and welcoming for all customers present. Performance wise, this store is running on all cylinders. This example of customer service and performance is how you run a store!

I asked for a cup holder twice because they were out of regular size cups and got ignored for my requests. When I asked at the window they shut the window on me so I went to leave and my drinks spilled over causing them to bust. I went in to get a new one and to mention I got ignored about it and I asked for napkins and went to wet them and Heard “like are you just having a bad day?” Kinda rude and unprofessional especially since every time I come I never see the same people and no matter who they hire it’s rude
So unbelievably slow! Seriously what takes so long! Waited 15 minutes at the window for a wrap and no one was inside. The wrap was cold, undercooked and tasted awful.
I went through the drive thru, paid with a $10 bill. The employee took the money, gave me my smoothie, said thank you and closed the window. I know I’m only talking about a dollar and some change, but she didn’t even ask if I wanted change. I don’t mind tipping, but don’t assume that I want to tip you, especially when you aren’t dependent on tips.

Workers unable to help with app. Me and my friend asked about a question and we’re told I don’t know I feel as if you should know about the app where you work. Then we had to rip of our own receipts as after we ordered Eric just left us standing there. No manners were used the whole time. I said thank you to Eric and was just stared at. Also the kitchen seems to have not been cleaned recently as I was staring at two rotten bananas. Also they are the slowest and it would be fine if it seemed like they were doing something however they were just standing around. I enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe however I would stay clear of this location and go somewhere else.

When I downloaded the app under the "referred by a friend" box, I entered my friend's invite code and afterwards it said we both would receive free smoothies. We went to our local Tropical Smoothie and when I mentioned it to the cashier, he had never heard of it and we were not able to redeem it. Food is awesome, just the app needs work. I recommend purchasing food here, but the rewards program including the faulty point system (doesn't automatically apply points and receipt barcodes do not work either) need work.

I came in and no one took my order for almost 10 minutes of waiting, then Trin took my order and took another 15 minutes while moving as slow as possible
If you have 30 minutes to spare to wait in line, then this is your spot. I've ordered here regularly for myself as well as large groups (work) but after my last trip there won't be another. Frequently my order ahead are never ready ( 15 to 20 minutes after the requested time). My last visit there were 4 people in line and I waited 24 minutes AFTER I had ordered before I finally left the line ( and there were still 3 people ahead of me).

I’ve gotten a smoothie at this location different times and every time it’s the most watered down smoothie that doesn’t taste good. I’ve tried going back in hopes they get better, but they haven’t and the service is still very slow.
