Ordered on the app and was refused service at the drive thru and told pickup orders had to come in store. I politely asked if they could do it through the drive thru as I had a sleeping infant in the backseat. Staff refused to respond again after my request through the drive thru and I had to go inside to get my order. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service once inside either.
Super good customer service, very sweet people and super good smoothies. Whoever was working today at 12:30, you were all amazing!!
Everyone needs to double check their receipts at this place, and maybe just find somewhere else to go. They finally stopped handing their customers the entire card reader at the drive thru window, but now they are ADDING tips without authorization from the customer. We just spent 20 minutes waiting on two smoothies for $17 and noticed they added a $1.79 (10%) tip that we did NOT authorize. Do better.
Y'all need to get y'alls people to get their brains straight. The drive through is closed, but the menu board has the lights on.So people are confused sitting there waiting for no reason if drive through is closed, turn the lights off and menu thing outside, and that's it. I've never seen nonsense like this!!

When I didn’t give a tip (who does that at the drive through?), I got rudeness (in return) and a smoothie that was melted... so no tip equals bad service.
Second time in 6 months I went to the drive thru and was completely ignored. Didn’t go inside because although it was TWO hours before close, they had all the chairs on tables and were sweeping and closing down. This location should close or clean house.
First off it took 25 minutes to get 4 smoothies and the smoothie was horrible and watery but when we went to pay they insisted on asking us multiple times for a tip. Bad customer service bad wait time was awful and she was rude. Do not waste your time.

So far every time I have ordered ahead on the app the team has been quick to make my order and greet me with kindness when I pick it up. The only hiccup I have had is I didn’t get my salsa on the side one time, but that’s the singular hiccup I have had. Their efficiency and customer service quality has been what’s kept me coming back!

I can't speak on the food. Employees are great. However, my daughter interviewed with a manager, Jordan, and was immediately hired. She was told to come in at 8:30 this morning for training. She was there a few minutes early but Jordan was not there. She waited almost two hours and Jordan never showed. It also appeared that there was a person waiting to be interviewed also. Hopefully he had a good reason not to show up.
By far the friendliest staff I've encountered with Tropical Smoothie. Everyone in the store made the experience warm and welcoming for all customers present. Performance wise, this store is running on all cylinders. This example of customer service and performance is how you run a store!

I asked for a cup holder twice because they were out of regular size cups and got ignored for my requests. When I asked at the window they shut the window on me so I went to leave and my drinks spilled over causing them to bust. I went in to get a new one and to mention I got ignored about it and I asked for napkins and went to wet them and Heard “like are you just having a bad day?” Kinda rude and unprofessional especially since every time I come I never see the same people and no matter who they hire it’s rude
