2/15/24: Just got food poisoning from here! I ordered a smoothie with whey protein added and it tasted off (like spoiled milk). Now I’m throwing my guts up with a fever and I’m very ill! I have never left a review, but I felt I needed to warn others! I will never be back!!!

Recently, we got new owners and they decided to change everything. We weren’t allowed to lock the doors an hour before closing anymore when it’s only teenage girls working there, and most of the time they only have one closer. I was sick and throwing up and I said I had to come home from school and couldn’t go into work. They told me I would have to come in unless I got a doctors excuse, I asked if my mom could write me an excuse since she is a licensed medical assistant, they said no. When I told them they didn’t even pay me enough to be able to afford a doctors appointment they fired me. Manager also asked me to come in off the clock and work a 5 hour shift without pay. Even if we were too busy to take a break the management would still add a thirty minute break to our time card and when I brought it up, they told me to stop overreacting.

This place is an awful place to work at and an awful place overall. the new owners don't know what they're doing they keep this place constantly understaffed where the workers are drowning in online, grub hub, uber eats orders and on top of that the drive through and the lobby while expecting two people (9 time out of 10 underage people) to run the store completely by themselves i worked there for two months and had to work over 5 shifts completely by myself. i also did the job of a shift lead without the pay of a shift lead. they don’t train people properly they throw them into making smoothies and food without actually being taught how to make something. they have horrible old equipment that doesn't always cook the food correctly and sometimes burns or undercooks things. they don't care about their employees or customers all this new owner cares about is making sure every employee now shoves the card reader out the window to make sure someone leaves a tip at both registers. Nick is a cheapskate and wants to cut corners anywhere he can and make as much money as he can and cares about nothing but sales and making sure labor isn't high.

Went through the drive thru for a smoothie. It took 20 minutes and I had to blow my horn to get their attention after waiting twenty minutes and one person coming to the window to ask about my order 10 minutes before. I had two people waiting behind me in the drive thru. They said they were really busy and only two people working.

I stopped in this morning, 10/18/23 and there was my favorite girl Christa!!!She makes my day with her bubbly customer service !!My Island Green was yummy ???Way to go Christa !!!! OMG !!! Christa at the Jones Valley location ROCKS at customer service !!! She is so kind to me each day when I come through the drive thru.
