Came in through the drive thru today and my card was declining due to suspicious transaction error, no charge is present on my card for the food, the receipt shows a different card has paid for it.. You're the nicest person I've ever met, there was no reason to do that. I could've paid cash..

Orders a flatbread and had a bug in the food. We will not be back! This is disgusting!

They seem to keep getting worse. The smoothies tasted like blended up ice and water with almost no fruit flavor. The only reason I gave a 2 was because the service. Sad when your excited to have a TROPICAL SMOOTHIE and it tastes like ice water!

My birthday was yesterday and I received a push notification to redeem my free smoothie. I was having trouble figuring out how to redeem it and the staff member at the window took great care of me. She even wrote Happy Birthday on my cup. I own a restaurant and she treated me and my situation exactly how I would want my staff to treat our customers. Thank you!

I was absolutely disgusted with how they treated me. I think the manger her name was Brett she gave me the dirtiest looks and gave so much attitude when I was just trying to order and pay. Never coming back

Yeah so two things..

Came in earlier to pick up a DoorDash, noticed that among the 4 employees working only one of them had gloves on (I assume he was doing prep in the back) I watched the girl making the food for my order assemble the order without gloves and then lick her fingers before putting the lid on the açaí bowl. Then there was another girl at the window and food area constantly touching her mouth and wiping her face with her hands.

Secondly, I had gone in there last year and ordered a smoothie then watched an employee scan my code and take my points. I used to work at a tropical smoothie cafe so seeing this behavior is INSANE. Absolutely do NOT eat here.

Edit: I also want to add, I came in the other day to get the watermelon mojito smoothie and it was brown and tasted sour.

Frequent customer of this location. Today we ordered a Bahama mama , peanutbutter cup smoothies, and Sante fe chicken with an order of jalapeño corn. We asked for an additional container of salsa as on prior visits they never fill the small container provided with the Sante fe chicken . We were told it would be .99 charge for a gain less than full container maybe a half ounce more like one teaspoon of salas. We declined. Sure enough when we got our order not only was the container less than half full, there was no plastic ware in the bag. So again drive back to the window.

Either provide a full container or giver an additional container, or loose a customer.

Some of the best food I have ever seen delivered as fast food, I was dining in and I was very pleased by the quality and freshness of the food. Great atmosphere and vibe everything is very simplistic and chill.

I love having to show my order on my phone to get my food I paid for to prove i actually made the order. Really sets a nice tone for the meal.
