Smoothies were FANTASTIC

Frequent customer of this location. Today we ordered a Bahama mama , peanutbutter cup smoothies, and Sante fe chicken with an order of jalapeño corn. We asked for an additional container of salsa as on prior visits they never fill the small container provided with the Sante fe chicken . We were told it would be .99 charge for a gain less than full container maybe a half ounce more like one teaspoon of salas. We declined. Sure enough when we got our order not only was the container less than half full, there was no plastic ware in the bag. So again drive back to the window.

Either provide a full container or giver an additional container, or loose a customer.

Some of the best food I have ever seen delivered as fast food, I was dining in and I was very pleased by the quality and freshness of the food. Great atmosphere and vibe everything is very simplistic and chill.

I love having to show my order on my phone to get my food I paid for to prove i actually made the order. Really sets a nice tone for the meal.

Fruit bowl nice

My salad was good and exactly what I ordered. The acai bowl was less than impressive. $10 for a small bowl of 1/4 c of strawberries and pineapple with a dusting of granola on top of a frozen slab of fruit flavored ice was very disappointing. Overall, I was not impressed with the acai bowl. The salad was nice, fresh, and filling so it wasn't a total loss.

Last week I placed an online order and wasn’t able to pick it up so I called the store to tell them my dilemma asked how to get a refund and was told that they processed a refund and I will receive it within 3 to 5 days. Now here we are a week later I haven’t received my refund, so I called the store today at 7:05pm and this young lady was very rude. She lacked customer service because rather than apologize for the misinformation I was given, she invalidated what I was told because “who approves refunds was not at work that week.” I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. I called the store back and they refused to answer. As a former employee of TSC, I know this is not the service they want to provide to their customers and I am appalled that this behavior is allowed.

I was deeply disturbed and disappointed when I attempted to use my military discount as a dependent of an active duty service member who has dedicated over 36 years to serving our country at Tropical Smoothie. Despite presenting the necessary identification, I was informed that dependents were not eligible for the discount, which felt incredibly disheartening given my family’s long-standing commitment. It seemed unfair that those who support our troops are overlooked in such situations. This experience left me feeling unrecognized and undervalued after all these years of sacrifice by my loved one. Ultimately, it highlighted how important it is for businesses to honor their commitments to military families properly. Would not have been so bad if the young lady working the drive-thru wasn’t so rude about it. If there is a new policy implemented she could have explained that as well.

Girl who made my smoothie was late to work and didn’t wash her hands before making my smoothie after she ran in the building late. I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands she gave me a mean look and rolled her eyes. She then rinsed her hands for five seconds with no soap and I again asked her to wash her hands properly with soap. She again rolled her eyes and said there wasn’t anymore soap and said she could just cancel my order if I have a problem with it. Then someone informed her there was soap and she had the look of embarrassment and proceeded to wash her hands with soap this time. She then wiped her hands on her pants backside which defeats the purpose of washing hands. It is a blonde girl wearing blue sweater. Order placed at 9 didn’t get order until 9:25 and don’t put that generic message with a link no one can click in your reply. I want an actual reply as I have already filled out the survey at the bottom of the receipt

Horrible service
trowing blenders and cursing words in between workers ...and 20 min after we received 1 out of two smoothies

PLEASE open on time. I have to go to work! I pull up at exactly 7:00 am and at 7:12 am still nobody there. Lights out. But somebody in the parking lot sleep in their car. I just left :(
