Was very disappointed this summer (2024) to airy snow and way less flavor, watered down. After 3 times in a row, I have not been back. Very disappointed.

watered down with air pockets seems new trend for summer 2024. disappointed.

So we finally managed to find them parked a little ways from the Google location. Their sizes based on price seem to have corrected themselves as our cones were massive. Plenty of flavoring used to the point it soaked the bottom too. The little plastic lids around them make driving and eating this things not as hard or messy. We’ll be coming back here much more as long as the hours stay the same on FB.

Kid-friendliness: They are very welcoming to the kids we saw come up and even helped one decide what they wanted.

Wheelchair accessibility: The area is roped off so it’s fine if you wish to park and come.

On a hot summer day, my family's go-to spot is Tropical Sno! The service is always great, and the shaved ice is exceptional with unique flavors that never disappoint. Our family favorites include the refreshing PMG (Passionfruit Mango Guava) and Summer Breeze. Don't forget to ask for sour spray on top to take it to the next level.

Truly hate to post a not so positive review, but these cones are no good compared to the “old”. And by old, I mean the previous owners from 1+ season ago. Last season, each of the 3 times I visited the cones got more and more disappointing. For one, a small is shaped just above the fill line. This small is smaller than the old Large size, under the previous owners. The syrup taste off brand. Not bad but not great. One time it wasn’t even edible. So we tried again on opening day and was dissatisfied to experience the super small cones and just okay syrup. They do give lots of syrup (a plus), are friendly, and work through the lines quickly. Sorry to say these things but we went from going 4x in one month in previous seasons to 1x and not likely again this season (and only 3x last season).

I LOVE FLYFFY SHAVED ICE!

Not enough syrup. Over halfway thru my medium and it’s still basically ice and can’t taste any flavor. Maybe next time?

Best shaved ice anywhere ever!!! The ice is finely shaved and the syrup is nicely flavored-not too sweet and very tasty

LOVE Tropical Sno. The only down fall is it's not year around. We HATE when they leave after summer. We have to be there #1 customers. Lol... We go nonstop!

drove all the way out there from new market just find they weren’t there. tropical sno website and google said they were open, but that was not the case. the phone number provided doesn’t work.*i did check the facebook and you had no updates since september. perhaps your company should be providing more frequent updates to avoid customers going out of their way to patronize your business. todays update was the first you had since september and was shared well after the tropical sno website and google advertised opening of 12pm today.
