Starting with the food, the food was good but unsafe. The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.
Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.
The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome
Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.

This probably isn’t a big deal for many people, but the sushi isn’t marked as to what it is. I have food allergies and just like to know in general what I’m eating. There was no sushi menu to order off of either.
I'll start by saying I like to eat here. However, there are a few caveats. If you want sushi, don't go within 3 hours of closing because they stop putting out any new sushi. Also your experience will vary depending on where you're seated. We were seated near the end of the belt and one guy near the fron kept taking all the good and new sushi so that was disappointing. There wasn't much variety for us. The grill is good, however once of the three times we've eaten there, our server didn't speak English and the service was honestly bad. The other 2 times we got good service.

I love coming here. I've been twice now, and by far my most fun (and second) experience has been with Bella! They are super cool, and I love their style and friendly attitude!

Bella is such a phenomenal waitress; nothing but attentive and INCREDIBLY friendly!!! They provided my group and I such a wonderful experience. Would recommend anyone to ask for them. Lovely!!! ???

bella was absolutely amazing we have been here a couple times and this was the best service we’ve ever had out of these several times. i will definitely be coming back and constantly requesting them as our server.

My wife and I loved it here. We will be back. The cost is a little high per person. The Siler runs about $40 with the revolving sushi. The Gold is about $50 per person.
The staff was wonderful, and the owner stopped by to see how we liked the food.
We will be back again.

This is such a wonderful place. The food is fantastic and mouth watering. The golden food option with the wagyu is the best meats you could get. The revolving sushi is such a great concept it made the experience so much fun. The service is top tier and Lin was the highlight of our night. He was funny, helpful, and made you feel like family. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

It was our first time at a Korean bbq restaurant like this. Bella was our server and she was so sweet and patient with us! She explained the cooking process and the menu to us. The revolving sushi was so cool and we started with that, but didn’t want to get too full off of the sushi. There were so many options for meats and sides. The meat and veggies were easy to cook and tasted delicious. We tried to pace ourselves but ended up stuffed! My husband told Bella it was my bday and at the end of our meal she sent me a slice of bday cheesecake delivered by a singing robot! Wonderful bday dinner!

The food was super good. I loved the AYCES. We didn’t particularly care for the Wagyu, we are going to try the silver tier next time. The reasoning for 3 stars is the horrible service. it was our first time and my husbands birthday. we brought our little one, who wasn’t having the best night due to it being later then usual for dinner. The server practically threw our dishes down and side eyed our baby when he let out a cry. She was not very friendly and just dropped the high chair when we requested one. Would be willing to try again…. maybe.

Bella was our server and she was PHENOMENAL! It was our first time here or at any korean BBQ hot pot place and she was so informative and helped us decide what we might like best. The NY steak was my favorite grilled food but the revolving sushi bar was cool as well. It's right next to the seats and a space ship brought one of our foods to us! SO COOL! Definitely will be back again soon and we will ask for Bella again! Thank you!

Had a fantastic lunch there with my family. Our server was amazing. I forgot her name, but she has a nose piercing. Anyways, she was amazing. The food was flavorful, Sushi was great. We will be going back again. Highly recommend.
