I went here in July and they were out of matcha. Therefore, the regular matcha lattes were not available nor were the special seasonal lattes that used match. I settled for a cold brew that was decent. However, the workers there don't seem like they are very interested in coffee for a place that takes pride in roasting.
I went back today to give it another try. I ordered the $10 Fluffernutter smoothie which was supposed to consist of almond milk, banana, peanut butter, and chia seeds. The smoothie was super watery with a consistency almost like milk; it wasn't thick they way a smoothie typically is. Furthermore, it seemed to lack the peanut butter and chia, or their amounts were so low I couldn't detect them. Basically, it was like they just threw bananas and almond milk into a blender and called it a day. It was pretty disappointing for a $10 smoothie. It was already such an inconvenience that I didn't even bother telling the employees who didn't seem to care. I doubt I'll go back; there are better coffee shops in town.

Best coffee in HSV
As a Huntsville Realtor, I take serious quality and service. Turbo Coffee in Huntsville is delightful in both! Look -- I am a coffee snob, so I am incredibly picky when it comes to good coffee. You are in good hands at Turbo Coffee. A great place to work solo, or bring a team for a meeting. Wonderful drinks, food, and atmosphere.

Idk about the coffee but me and my sister got smoothies here and they were not good at all. This was my first time trying the place but this was probably one of the worst smoothies I’ve had honestly. I didnt even drink half way through I’m a little disappointed. But it happens

Cool and hip looking place but I went twice last week and it looks like they staff it with one employee that has them in this overwhelmed state the whole time I was there. The first time on a Sunday I tried to order an açai bowl. Her response was ‘ well that’s gonna take me a while, ‘ I said OK make it a smoothie. I felt sorry for her thinking someone on a Sunday must not have showed up for work. Smoothie was very good but for 10 bucks very small I’m not looking for a route 44 size drink but at least make it a medium for 10 bucks so I feel halfway full after I finish it. Offer both sizes, I’ll pay more. I go back to the next day on a Monday with twice as many customers in their store and still the one employee, A different one, but with the same overwhelmed look on her face as she tried to complete everyone’s order with about 5-6 people waiting. She did make my açai bowl without any resistance with twice as many people in the store. It did take a while, again very good If not the best I’ve had yet in Huntsville. So a note to the owner Instead of being a cheapskate and ruining your business, trying to milk every nickel out of it with undersized portions and keeping it understaffed. Staff it properly for a business offering specialty drinks that take a while to prepare. You don’t need 3-4 people like a Starbucks setup would have selling the same things, but at least have two so you’re cool hip looking store with great food and drinks can have some great over the top service for your customers as well I’m sure your employees would also appreciate the better working environment. I guarantee you the math will work out for you.

The food was great. The workers are not. I ordered and sat down. When the lady brought my drink out, instead of bring to me where I was sitting. I had to get up and walk around to grab my drink. I notified the cashier I was eating in. As I ate, nobody looked at me and smile. Nobody greeting me or anything. The staff was not friendly not inviting. When I tried to interact they didn’t. Deftly will not come back.

Sad.. 8:30am on a SATURDAY
Ordered a Viennese coffee.. OUT
Ordered the Toastie on Gluten Free Bread.. OUT (said they no longer offer it.. why is it still on the menu?) (preference tho not allergy)
Ordered overnight oats that’s in a refrigerator.. comes with 2 fruits.. only had blueberries so I opted for a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin
My friend ordered an Açaí bowl.. asked for bananas, blueberries, and strawberries.. ONLY HAD BLUEBERRIES.. paying $14 only to get one option.. you can go to Walmart and get fruit.. easily; no one would know!!!
I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich before I went to the counter to ask for it.. it was sitting there getting cold.. no one ever called that it was ready. Took it back to my table and realized the cheese was a cold Kraft Single Cheese slice.. could see the ridges from the plastic paper. Asked for it heated up which they did and it was decent
MANAGEMENT this is extremely embarrassing for staff.. they did a decent job and remained professional but having to constantly tell guest after guest that they’re out of something is embarrassing for your hard working people. DO BETTER

We tried Turbo last summer and we were super excited to come back. Big mistake. No one looked happy to be there, employees and customers. I tried ordering the Vietnamese coffee and was quickly told they were out. Not in a nice way. We order two of the cinnamon toast lattes. Watching the process of how she made them was horrible. The “barista” was pulling the shots and letting them sit! Then she would pour the syrups directly into the shots and stir them. I was going to give them the grace on mixing the syrup in the shots until I saw her stirring multiple different ones with the same spoon (not rinsing the spoon). Then on top of the not rinsing the spoon they are not rinsing out the shot glasses in between each shot being pulled. The end result ended up being super sweet and off. Will not be returning.

Today was our first time coming here, and we were really excited to try it. We got two hot lattes — they were ready really fast and tasted great. We also ordered two avocado toasts and waited for over 35 minutes. When we went to ask what happened with the order, they said they never received it. Then they said the grill had chemicals on it, so I told them to cancel the food because I didn’t want to wait any longer. I asked for a refund, and they only gave me one toast back. Then they said they were making just one toast. It was all so confusing and disorganized. Definitely not coming back.

Modern machioto is no longer made with home syrups.
This place is a gem!! Love that you can choose your own mug if ordering in. Great vibes!
These two wonderful ladies were a joy to be around. Laughing, smiles and happiness, not to mention one of the best cappuccinos I have had to date! Comforting environment, soothing background music, and comfortable seating makes this a place I will have as my regular spot. Very well done!
PDF menu on the website said my smoothie would be $6. Turns out it's $10 and the smoothie was watery and bland.
