Me and my coworkers love coming here, for a sitdown or to get takeout. The prices are very reasonable, the service is quick, food is delicious and comes out quickly. Sometimes it can be crowded at lunch but thats because it's one of Huntsvilles hidden secrets. I've come here probably 10 times in the past two years and always left full and had a great experience.

When in Huntsville, eat at Viet Cuisine. Best pho I've ever had, and I've had a lot of pho. Big enough to share, but I come hungry enough to take it on. Sate pho with a Thai Tea boba. My trips to Huntsville are incomplete without it.
The service is great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very hungry and in the mood for curry, so a little bummed that the curry wasn’t with coconut milk. I got the fried veggies and tofu instead. It was a little too oily and salty for my taste. Nice hints of ginger sporadically. They are very accommodating on leaving out veggies you don’t like. Portion size great for one person.
The passion fruit boba is lovely. Tasted like passion fruit flavored apple juice.
Only one other table dining in when I went and they have a constant supply of people walking in for pick up orders.
I enjoyed my meal but don’t see myself returning.
