I happened to be in the area for lunch, and a coworker recommended Viet Cuisine. This place was absolutely packed before noon for lunch, and I can see why. The service was fast, and the food was freshly cooked with high quality ingredients. I know a couple of large multinationalcorporations that can take a lesson from Viet Cuisine.

Some friends and I come here (at least) once a week. The service is friendly and the food is consistently delicious. I've liked everything I've tried, but my favorite is the Special Clay Pot with Lemongrass Flavor.
This place is always on my mind when i visit Huntsville. I always order the seafood pho with chicken broth. The broth is flavorful, and you get a good-sized portion. They also have a wonderful vegetarian menu.Vegetarian options: They have veggie items as well as meat substitutes on the menu.

One of the top places I take my friends and family when they visit Huntsville. They are always very satisfied with the food here. I stop by regularly to get their excellent Pho and Bánh mì as well. One of the best family owned restaurants around.

The food was as expected a total new experience, very tasty and even if you don't really like to try foreign foods, you will find something you like. What a wonderful last minute find for us! We went to the Huntsville Botanical garden and were hungry after walking around outside. This food was delightful and staff were very friendly. I had the Beef clay pot (baked rice on bottom, beef and fresh veggies in a brown sauce) and my husband had the lemon grass chicken. We enjoyed them both so much, we ordered the same thing to take home to Nashville area as leftovers. Haha! We will definitely return when we are in the area and may make an occasional special trip down I-65 to get some special Vietnamese food! Music in restaurant is soft and soothing-almost like a spa.
