Absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food comes out looking gorgeous, smelling great, and tasting even better. Boba was blended well and not overly sweet like many are. My hot clay pot rice wasn't as well-done as I was used to, but it was still crispy and delicious. Phở broth was also balanced well. Tables are supplied with all of the best and expected sides.
The only thing we assumed and were wrong about was there being banh mi on the menu! But we quickly got over it after receiving what we ordered. Highly recommended.

Food is delicious and cooked fresh. Service is complicated and being here the second time we only get refills when one of the elderly ladies comes from the back to check the lack of service from the others. Atmosphere is clean but very outdated.

Expect this place to be busy, but it's for good reason! The food is DELICIOUS at incredible value. You may need to make an effort to get your servers attention for refills and ordering, but they are so nice- just packed! We will be back.
*WARNING ⚠️ Do NOT EAT HERE! I've eaten here on multiple occasions, I've tried several different things from the menu. I've tried coming at different times of day and on different days of the week, it doesn't matter! THE RESULT I ALWAYS THE SAME. I feel I have been ripped off & wasted my money on a poor quality product and a waste of my time. My most recent disappointment was this past Sunday, Oct. 13th. I ordered the C11 and everything was overcooked even the steak was very firm as if they just stuck the whole container in the microwave right before I got there. A majority of it wasn't even edible.This isn't my first time eating seafood, I know sea food is naturally salty, but it's not supposed to taste like im chewing on a saltlick?. In the FUTURE if I want quality Vietnamese food I am going to go to Viet Cuisine off of Jordan Lane and I suggest everyone else do the same. Don't waste your money here, this place is disgusting

Food is good, but quite not enough. Service in bad, I sat and waited for almost 15mins to be invited for a seat even there were a lot of available. Atmosphere, should be better if a little lighter lamps.
