I love Voodoo. You have to know what you're getting into, but it's one of my favorite bars in town. Non-smoking inside, and can get pretty loud and packed. On a weeknight it isn't as packed, so I prefer to go on a weeknight. Cold beer and good vibes, not much more to say.

I Had a horrible experience at this bar. The bartender was extremely hostile rude disrespectful. First and foremost they have no prices on their menu for their drinks. After I order me my date some drinks I was trying to make a second order and I simply asked the bartender how much are these drinks and the bartender reply what do you want and she was screaming disrespectful and hostile I was simply trying to place another order and put money into the company. I don't know the bartender treated us with that customer service respect to do with me and my date skin color ethnicity race hair texture but I would never put money back into that company again in my life!!
Great little dive bar with local live music, open mic night Thursday nights. Great wings & bartenders. Kitchen stays open very late.Street parking.

Sadly Erica, the bartender, is terrible for your business. Love the atmosphere. If only the service was better. Stop haven’t personal conversations and serve me an another drink. And take off that springy dongle headband.

From Bham but this is the place we go after shows in Huntsville. The phiddle fries are the perfect late night snack and the wings are always snappin. I prefer the honey gold BBQ. It’s always busy so patience pays off as the bartenders WILL take care of you.

Went there for my friends 21st last Saturday and the atmosphere was so fun and energizing and the band was amazing, even the staff had smiles and were so kind except this one bartender. She rudely asked what we wanted to drink and after I paid she slammed my receipt down no thank you or welcomes. Then my friend ordered a mojito and instead of just saying she can’t make it she explained why she can’t (which was ok) but then she goes on to say any other bar would refuse to make it for her. Yet the two bars we went to before made it for her. Everything and everyone else besides her was 10/10!

Be very careful. The lady bartender with glasses said we were getting “free shots” of our choice. We picked tequila, she made us rum or something sweet and made one for herself and then charged us for all of it.
My buddy ordered a drink and the same bartender made 2 of something completely different, gave him one, drank the other, and charged him for 2.
She basically was making whatever drinks she wanted for herself and charging others for it.
Not sure if Alabama has laws against this.
