Probably my favorite Waffle House in Huntsville. Quick and friendly service, delicious food, it's pretty loud, but that's just WH for you, ifkyk. Will keep visiting as long as they're still standing.

No greeting when walking in. No silverware once seated. No Smiles when finally greeted Felt unwanted and I know it sounds childish but they just made me feel uneasy . Maybe I’m overreacting but I tell you what when we walked up and left and went to Metro diner the experience was night and day . Metro diner is worth the extra dollars

Staff were friendly. Store wasn't busy later in the evening. Couple of issues. First, I dined in but was charged for takeaway (there is an extra fee for that). Second, handling of ground meat needs to be reviewed. The cook had gloves on, handled the raw sausage meat, then proceeded to put together a takeout order by using the same gloved hand to handle uncooked/already items and cutlery to fill a couple of orders. You can't mix uncooked meat with cooked products/cutlery with the same unwashed hand you use to handle meat. Also, some items were not on the menu and I would have ordered those items. Third, store needs to be cleaned. Given it wasn't busy, I was surprised that the countertops were still sticky with syrup drippings.

My husband and I go for brunch here about once a month. The service is always fast and the food is great. They were super busy today, but everyone was polite, and the service was still nice even though it had to be stressful.

Unless you’re a lizard and like bugs in your food. Don’t come here, the workers have the nastiest attitude and clearly this place is invested with bugs. It’s gonna take a long time and patience to fix this waffle house so god bless them all.

What Waffle House in the nation refuses to seat people after 8 pm on a weekend!??? To go only ? That defeats the whole entire purpose of Waffle House. Employees were rude about it too. Not getting my money anymore.

Waffle House in Five Points used to be good but now has terrible customer service. I grabbed a table Sunday, and my friend and I started wiping down the table with paper towels. The waitress see,Ed to get mad and kept walking by us without making eye contact. We left and went to Huddle House. Nice waitress and cleaner than Waffle House.
