What kind of Waffle House closes their lobby at peak hours? This one does. They hate their customers. They have a “drive-thru” window that’s not even a real drive-thru. This gotta be the worst WH I’ve ever been to. Fire the whole staff and get a new one.

Ok, let's talk about safety issues. I visited the Madison store and a plate had fell on the floor, guess what happened after that... Nothing, the workers continue to walk past the broken plate still on the floor. I had to tell them right before I left th at this is a serious safety issue... someone could have stepped on the glass since it was never picked or swept up...in another waffle house it was taken care of immediately when the glass fell on the table. Omg

Everything was good but it was really cold in there . Bring a sweater/jacket. Overall was good. The food came fast. The waiter a young man did a good job very respectful. It just was cold. The food was hot though so 👍🏾✅ Thanks.

I order from here at least once a week and I always get my food fast and exactly how I wanted it. The staff is very friendly and they seem to genuinely enjoy their job which only adds to the great experience.
Every waffle house I go to has the breakfast items I love. There is one location that cooks my eggs to perfection. At I65 and hwy 72 in Athens, Al. Most of them have health ratings in the 90s. That's important.

I come quite frequently for breakfast to go and everyone is always so polite and the food is great everytime. Teri however is SO rude to her fellow coworkers that it makes you SO uncomfortable just to sit and wait for your food. She talks down to them and I know when you’re hitting 80 years old still working at Waffle House you might be bitter but she really needs a talking to from the manager or higher ups cause she needs to learn how to talk to people politely.
