The place was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. A special commendation for Laura; she's been there for over 10 years and is wonderfully sweet, caring, and genuinely passionate about the restaurant. She truly deserves a raise!

My wife and I loved this location, the waitress was very nice and kind throughout the entire time we were there. It was just us at first until other people began showing up but we still had an amazing time no complaints besides from that guy who was watching a YouTube video at full blast while he waited on his food.

Just had a terrible experience at another location as soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile...soon as I sat down the young lady tatted up friendly and very polite was there to take my order ...the cook was also a nice lady smiled and told me it will be ready in a few ...as she was putting my food on the grill the nice young lady was making my waffles...in all I was there 10 to 15 mins...left them a nice tip because the service was well worth it💯💪🏾 and the food was great😋 I will def be back
Walked in on Thanksgiving night. It was not too crowded. Every table was dirty so we sat down and no one ever acknowledged us at all even those the one waitress walked right by us. Seemed to be plenty of people meandering behind the counter. After about 15 minutes we left after never being acknowledged at all. Very disappointed.

Five of us walked in around 10:45pm on a Sunday night and it was busier than usual so we kind of expected it would take a minute to serve us but one hour later without even being acknowledged we walked out. Costs them over $100 because we brought an appetite that Taco Bell got instead. Make sure you wear good shoes because that floor is slick with grease. I hear if Suzanne is working it's not that bad but I'm taking no chances and never returning. Hopefully the new store on Winchester is better.
