I mean- ...it's waffle house. What do you really expect from a trash eatery like WAFFLE HOUSE? Customer service was non existent...waited what felt like an eternity to be served with SIX workers in the FoH and my party of four was quite literally THE only customers in the building. Oh well, Waffle House, Perkins, HoP ...tomatoe tomahtoe. It's all second hand trash good and service. I suppose it all makes poop. đ€·ââïž

Walked in, the tables that were not occupied were trashed, the waitress who greeted us said âall the double occupant booths are really dirty, if you want to go to a single booth and pull up a chair, feel free.â We decided to leave and as we walked out the cook rejoiced loudly with a âYESâ

The older lady greeted us when we walked in the door. She took our order and got our drinks. Our food was ready in no time and it was delicious.
Came here for breakfast on Saturday around 9 am. The place was busy as expected.
We ordered a cheese sandwich, double hash browns, scrabbled eggs, a waffle and water. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Added some salt, pepper, butter and hot sauce to make the eggs & hashbrowns taste better.
I think we were charged $12.25. The food was a lot for us. So i shared the meal with my picky kiddo.

Stopped by recently and the place was apparently closed??? Nobody was there, door as locked but lights were on. Havenât been back since.

Today is September 13, 2024 between 12:15 and 12:30 PM. I walked in and sat down to have some lunch. They were only three tables that had customers including myselfâŠ. iâll tell you why business is slow and there were only three tables of customers. There were five people standing behind the counter when I walked in and sat down. A young girl said hi and that was it. I sit there for 10 minutes. Nobody ever walked up to me to take my order said hello, gave me a menu, or offered to get me something to drink, So I politely got up and walked out, and I will never return again⊠Crappy service shame on you. To the owner; You may want to check your cameras on this date and time. In my opinion, everybody behind that counter should be fired. I also noticed that a young man came out from behind back and it looked as though he was cleaning the device that holds the spatulas, after putting it in place he reached over and grabbed a piece of bread without ever washing his hands and threw it on the grill! The servers and employees Need to realize without customers you close and when you close they lose their job, We put the bread and butter on their table, and we need to be treated with respect!!

Worse service ever for a waffle house waiter was rude never came check on us never refilled our drinks and I ask if I could substitute hashbrowns on the Texas toast plate and he said what u want instead and I ask what can I substitute for and he said I don't know.
