Way to many people working with to many empty dirty tables i waited in a seat for about 30 mins and no one cleaned anything for me to sit and eat if I wanted to wait like this I would go to burger king on 53

Incomplete online order 3 visits in a row. 2 weeks ago shorted a pecan waffle. Last 2 visits no apple butter or any jelly included with raisin toast. Really good food and super employees. Just don’t want to get home to find stuff missing :(
I love Waffle House. And I respect the concerns of today's societal issues. But closing the dining area at 8:30 is just reprehensible! I don't go to WH to get take out! A better solution is to close it later, after other places have closed. Ratings given are to recognize the employees and the food, despite this terrible management decision.

Visited the location off Hwy 53/Hwy 255. We were bummed we couldn't sit inside to enjoy the meal. It was after midnight. To-go orders were only being accepted. The place looked very clean on the inside looking in from the glass door/walls. The cashier was extremely friendly and professional. I believe her name may have been Meredith. The cook/chef was doing his thing on the griddle hashing out the orders with a smile. The food was fresh, hot, and very good. I only give a low atmosphere rating because we could not enjoy our meal inside.
It was first visit to a Waffle House. The staff was awesome and super friendly. I do visit Huntsville a lot. I will definitely have to make a visit back to this particular location.

Great time and great service from "Moe". Strong and sweet sista that held the place down by herself. The Waffles and Chessy eggs were 🔥.
