Service was really good, everyone was super nice. The burger though was pretty bland – no seasoning at all, so I had to drown it in ketchup just to get some flavor. The lettuce was soggy too, which didn’t help. If they fixed the seasoning and used fresher toppings it’d be way better.

The food taste as good as how food tasted in the 80s/90s like right before the world ended and the Berenstain Bears became the Bernstein Bears. It taste like actual meat and French fries, not whatever the heck is served nowadays.

1st visit the food was great! The burger and fries was hot and fresh and tasted great. I'll still return. We ordered shakes unfortunately they were very thin/runny almost like drinking milk.

Please fix your closing hours on Google. You close at 8.30pm, not 9pm.
This isn't the only problem we faced. We drove for about 30 minutes to your location a month ago to eat at your store, on a Saturday around 7pm. Upon arriving, your restaurant was closed without any info posted on your door. Please update things like this, as people don't want to waste their time to support a business that has a very inconsistent closing time. Also, answer your phone.

Food was better than I thought. It look like a regular fast food joint. But the food was fresh and hit the spot.

I wasnt blown away but the burger was pretty good, and it was a good value too! I got a cheese burger meal for 8.99. The fries were dense and crispy. I will be back sometime. The only thing I would say is they could do some cleaning, the drink and condiment area was sticky and so was floor, I sounded like squid ward walking across the floor.

Average burger. The woman on the Staff was very dismissive all around. Walked in to tell her they got my order wrong and even after showing the receipt the woman laughed in my face and treated me like I was lying. Eventually they put my bacon in a tray (not even fixing my burger. Just put the missing ingredient I PAID FOR on a little paper tray and sent me out. Never coming back to this place

Good food, but not worth the price. They could also use a better way of getting people your food, like a number or a buzzer, instead of having one of their employees ever around asking people for their name.

Terrible. Burgers are smashed thin, unlike pictures. Pictures have burgers fully loaded with veggies. They don’t put LTO unless you specifically ask. Steakhouse burger has two drops of A1, doesn’t come with onions pictured unless you ask. Wouldn’t refund. Don’t bother.

The App is confusing , you won’t be able to redeem your rewards

A bit longer on the wait time. Parking was ample. Food tasted ok. The fries were thick and tasteless. Would have been great if the fries were seasoned. Prices are odd. A combo priced meal is not priced like traditional combos at other restaurants where it typically means adding fries and a drink. Burger is priced, then combo in my case wasban additional 4.99 and a drink upgrage was an additional 3.99. This to keep was like a la carte pricing. The burger was hot and tasted great - so that compensated for the weird pricing.
