I ordered a bowl of chili yesterday and it had my stomach feeling weary for a day and half(how I know? That was the only thing i ate). On top of that they only tried to give me one pack of crackers so i asked for more, said thank you and got no response the workers vibe was "ehh" as in bland.

We went through the drive through ordered 3 cheese bacon fries. Double cheese burger and small cheeseburger. The bacon fries were really cold It been sitting round for who knows how long fries were soggy and not fresh We got given 1 set of cutlery. The cheeseburgers were also cold. We kept trying to call the restaurant as we was on our way out of town. The store would not answer the phone. 30 dollars for the trash can to eat. Will be calling corporate tommorrow.

Had to ask for a damp towel to wipe down the cleanest table I could find. Girl behind the counter was much more interested in her phone and then “forgot” to wet it down. Never offered to wipe the table even though I explained the issue. The Manager heard the entire exchange and never bothered to move or direct anyone to clean the dining room.

Very dirty and the staff were aimlessly floating around instead of preparing the order which took 30 minutes for them to prepare.

Upon entering the location i heard a loud inappropriate discussion/language between a couple of the coworkers right at the front counter. I proceed to place order when they decided to help at the front counter. I arrived at 1030 which is the start of lunch. There is no reason at the start of lunch that I should have received cold food. Fries hard and some burnt not salted. I wish I would have gotten the lady name that was cursing as well as provided terrible customer service. This was the worst I've received and I've had other days were out as bad but not this bad. The employees I've heard on more than one occasion complaining about working and being there. FYI if they don't want to work and provide great customer service. Let them go find work somewhere else.

Rude manager, filthy floors by fountain drinks and registers. Garbage not taken out. Man ahead of me ordered online, paid, could not get the order at window, had to come in and prove he made order and paid for it, waited for 20 minutes for his order. Manager called him a liar about paying for it before and making the order in his phone. Unprofessional and rude. Only other car for an hour was a silver truck. Three people in over an hour midday? That's a failing business and easy to understand why.

Everytime i come to this drive thru, they always manage to get something wrong with my order. Doesnt matter if you tell them to give you something or leave something out, they dont listen to you. The times ive gone its either the same male or female cashier and they have a bad attitude. One time they gave me my meal with nothing else, no utensils or napkins, no sauces i specifically ask for. Either the manager is incompetent and hires anyone, or is just never there.

Maybe I'm the crazy one.

As a person who also works at a restaurant if someone tells me they just want "this, this, & this" on a food item, common sense would say...OK so evreything off but these three things.

And if I'm unsure about it, It doesn't hurt to specify or repeat the order that was given to me.

I went through the drive thru today (Sep 15, 2024) and I specifically said I just wanted a bacon and cheese sandwich. Nothing else just bacon and cheese. The lady asked on what bread and I said the crossiant. Along with the Mango Pineapple lemonade

So I get the food. And find out there's eggs on it. The person whom this is for is allergic to eggs. So I come back around to ask if I could get it remade

The lady says "You didn't say 'no eggs' "
And maybe I'm just hearing things..but i feel like she said it in this annoyed tone..like I was in the wrong. I just drove off saying "It's fine".

She's right I did not say "no eggs" in fact eggs wasn't even in my sentence I didn't say "bacon, eggs, and cheese" I just said "bacon and cheese". I'd never thought that just saying only a bacon and cheese sandwich would include eggs.

But again maybe I'm in the wrong because I needed to be more specific with this particular person. I try to see it both ways. However, at the end of the day, all I said was "Just a bacon & cheese sandwich" That's it. So (for those who work in food) if you are unsure & you feel the need to ask a person if they only wanted certain items they listed, do it. It doesn't hurt. Ask away.

Anyways, as for the sandwich, I have to give it to someone who isn't allergic and likes eggs. The lemonade was good according to the person and I'm giving this a two because the nice lady at the register was really kind and sweet! ☺️
