The manager acknowledged us when we walked in, saying he’d be right with us. After waiting five minutes, an employee told us to use the kiosk instead of helping us directly. We decided to leave. It felt like dine-in customers weren’t a priority compared to drive-thru orders or overall service quality.

They are now charging at this location for extra sauce... Down south parkway the just throw 2 sauces in already so you don't have to ask.... then the new manager rushes you to take your food after you just sat in line for 20 min. This location just keep getting worse...smh... yall suck

I’m with DoorDash and their website said their lobby was open and since I have been waiting 30 minutes for pickup and ain’t even moved close enough to the speaker to tell them I have a pickup so I looked up the hours of dine in and I tried going in I go in and they were so rude the atmosphere was terrible change and correct your attitudes and your hours of dining .

The African gentleman on drive through last night 08/25/2025 @ 8:30-9pm didn't listen we ordered a #1 Single Dave with orange Hi-C he charged us for a double and made it large and also we got a #2 Baconater with Pineapple Mango Lemonade we got a Son of Baconater and he made it large and asked for a small chocolate frosty then we asked for ketchup and BBQ and honey mustard which he was rushing to close the window when we was asking for the sauces RUDE and then we didn't have any ketchup or sauce at all husband had to go get an dmo straws on back.. this was crazy and he was very rude this was not how your supposed to run a business or treat you guest and damn she not supposed to over charge or give them what you want them to have I need coupons or something

Went a week ago for breakfast. In and out of drive thru. Order hot and complete nothing missing. Last Friday morning about 7:30 am. Excellent service by the young lady.
The people who work at this location are the nicest people that I have encountered in the fast food industry! They are always so kind and helpful and don't moan, groan and roll their eyes if you ask for condiments, unlike the others!

I just left the Wendy's on Sparkman Dr in Huntsville, Alabama and the lady who took my money started rolling her eyes just because I had added two additional items bad customer service and she was a manager. I won't be back, and she didn't give me my receipt

Ordered two egg biscuits. Received cheese on both. Asked for strawberry jelly. was told that grape was only available and that's what you're going to get. Tried to ask follow up questions to the skinny black manager with curly weave and was told to move along.
