I've now visited this location on two separate occurrences spaced out over a few months and gotten food poisoning both times. Do not eat here.

The food is always fresh at this location! It can be a little slow but worth the wait for a CORRECT ORDER! But having family come in town and taking them there he did have to go inside and wait for his order due to the first not being his ad he wanted a girl prepare the order and saw that his was the next one coming that was fresh that the manager was making. She got upset but still the manager had talked to him due to the wait and made the food herself for him that's who he was waiting on. The manager made things right and correctly! Family enjoyed the meal

So I must say after my 15 years in the food industry I will hand it to miss Kimberly. Which I think is her name by the ticket. She is the manager in the morning is a blessing and great worker. She was busy on the build line and catching fries as well as tending to the counter. With a smile and with great attitude. I just want to show my appreciation. As well as store looked great and the food was hot can not ask for more. I am happy to still see heart in the food world thank you for a great start to my day I hope you see this and know we cherish people like you. Keep up the good work and don't let the haters bring you down go get them girl.

Good food, clean store. One staff in front taking orders and also fixing the food. Line was long.
LISTEN Whoever is working tonight Oct 7th KEEP THEM ALL and give them RAISES!! I have never came to Sparkman Wendy's and got thru a full line like this in 5 minutes. EVERYTHING WAS HOT , Delicious, and plenty of napkins!!!THAT STORE GOOD !!!!!

I placed my order online at 1:09 PM pull up to the restaurant about five minutes later and they said it takes 10 minutes for it to be in their system. Never had that happen at any other location so I pulled up like they told me to and waited almost 30 more minutes and still have not received my food. Freaking terrible

Every time I order food through the mobile app it takes over a half an hour for this restaurant to get the order. I end up waiting for a really long period of time which is totally unnecessary. This only seems to happen at this location. Why can't they get this fixed? They known about this problem for a long time now. This is not new.
