I just left the Wendy's on Sparkman Dr in Huntsville, Alabama and the lady who took my money started rolling her eyes just because I had added two additional items bad customer service and she was a manager. I won't be back, and she didn't give me my receipt

Ordered two egg biscuits. Received cheese on both. Asked for strawberry jelly. was told that grape was only available and that's what you're going to get. Tried to ask follow up questions to the skinny black manager with curly weave and was told to move along.
Would not recommend this location.

The food is always fresh at this location! It can be a little slow but worth the wait for a CORRECT ORDER! But having family come in town and taking them there he did have to go inside and wait for his order due to the first not being his ad he wanted a girl prepare the order and saw that his was the next one coming that was fresh that the manager was making. She got upset but still the manager had talked to him due to the wait and made the food herself for him that's who he was waiting on. The manager made things right and correctly! Family enjoyed the meal

So I must say after my 15 years in the food industry I will hand it to miss Kimberly. Which I think is her name by the ticket. She is the manager in the morning is a blessing and great worker. She was busy on the build line and catching fries as well as tending to the counter. With a smile and with great attitude. I just want to show my appreciation. As well as store looked great and the food was hot can not ask for more. I am happy to still see heart in the food world thank you for a great start to my day I hope you see this and know we cherish people like you. Keep up the good work and don't let the haters bring you down go get them girl.

LISTEN Whoever is working tonight Oct 7th KEEP THEM ALL and give them RAISES!! I have never came to Sparkman Wendy's and got thru a full line like this in 5 minutes. EVERYTHING WAS HOT , Delicious, and plenty of napkins!!!THAT STORE GOOD !!!!!
