They close at 10 they lock the doors won’t answer the ordering machine sat there for so long a worker walked out to their car I said are you open she said yeah go inside went up door is locked a guy is mopping and won’t make eye contact

I went to this Wendy’s and the staff was so understanding and kind when I had a slight miscommunication in my order. They fixed the order for me, didn’t make me feel bad, and let me keep the extra items that were messed up. I will definitely be coming back!

Went in, ordered 2 frosties to go. Took 20 minutes for them to get me my 2 frosties. There were 4 ppl working. They couldn't multi-task at all. While waiting for some food to be cooked, they could have gotten my frosties.

March 23.2025 around 1:30-2:00.Obviously the ownership does not care, no responses to reviews. HORRIBLE!!! NEVER BE BACK!! employees hanging out in the dining area with their friends arguing with each other. Cashier finally comes to the counter and just looks at us, not a word. I guess the workers boyfiends? pants sagging jumping around and yelling. I would have walked out but my granddaughter wanted something to eat so I got it for her and we left. Food was cold and nasty so we threw it away and went to a different fast food and got her something.

I go to the drive up order board, place my simple order for a chicken sandwich and small french fries....that's it. Have to repeat it THREE times for them to comprehend the simple order. Am told they take cash only. Go to the window and ask why cash only and their excuse is their credit card machine is broken (really!). Give them two five dollar bills, am told they can't take a five dollar bill. Ask them why, no reason given. Give them another five dollar bill and decide to hold my ground. They take it. Ask again why they take one but not the other U.S. currency five dollar bill. No reason or caring in any way shape or form, just rudeness. Get my food....no thank you, not a kind word of thanks said for my business. Go home to eat the food. It isn't hot, no ketchup with the fries given or offered. AVOID THIS IRRATIONAL poor fast food place. Incometence abounds. I would give them a zero rating if I could. NEVER again will I go to this weird place.

Worst Wendy's I've had. Mobile order took forever. Manager wouldn't issue refund when I didn't get meal. Employees have no sense of customer service.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Missing ingredients off of our burgers, no pickles lettuce tomato or onion, fries soggy and chicken nuggets nearly burnt. Incorrect amount of nuggets in our order 3 instead of the 4 we paid for. Everything tasted terrible. Terrible customer service just all around worst experience at Wendy's anywhere.

Every single time I come here I leave infuriated. This time I ordered breakfast at 9am. It took them 15 minutes to take our order. Noone else was in line. Then they say the don't have coffee. Last time it was they don't have beef, coke, etc.. are you kidding me? Seriously the worst run Fast food place I have ever been to.
