I have never in my life gotten customer service this bad, drive thru girl is so rude and threatened us when we confronted her about being rude to us…. don’t know what is going on but it’s absolutely unacceptable.

First, let me say that this is the second time in a week that I have stopped at a Wendy’s and they are out of barbecue sauce. I’m not talking about the same Wendy’s either. They were in totally different cities. I pull up to the drive-through and the lady says go ahead with your order, I started stating what I needed, a kids, meal with chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce. She immediately interrupted me And said they were out of barbecue sauce. I told her give me honey mustard instead then she asked me if I want milk or something else to drink that I could not understand. I had to have her repeat. It obviously didn’t sit well with her and she just says pull to the window. A man handed me my order did not say a word to me. The lady took my payment and didn’t say anything but my Total. I pulled off and then noticed they didn’t give me a straw. Do better Wendy’s. I’ve noticed more and more lately that people working fast food are getting more rude by the day. Unfortunately, it is not just a Wendy’s thing. If someone hates their job so much, do something else. It takes just as much effort to be rude as it does to be nice So why Not choose To be nice.

I have been to this location a handful of times the food is what you would expect from a Wendy's as far as their customer service goes I want to apologize for bothering them for just placing my order short and snappy is this Wendy's way.

Not actually open at listed time. Workers looked me in the eyes then ignored me. Had to leave and eat something else in a hurry. What's the point of a fast food restaurant if they aren't going to take your order and waste all your time?

Literally sat in the drive-through at the order speaker for more than 10 minutes with no one even offering to take my order. This makes twice that I have pulled away without even getting the opportunity to order. I won’t be going back! Ridiculous!

Missing the nuggets from 2 orders, chili sauce, all sauces, straws. Fries were dumped upside down in the bag. out of cheese and onions. They gave us A Junior bacon cheeseburger without the bacon. Not given receit either. Barely any meat or beans in the chili.. sad day. Would love a refund But already home and don't want to go out. My beautiful pregnant wife was very upset.

My order was wrong after waiting over 10 minutes for an associate to take my order. This location has gone downhill. Recommend going to other locations.

Every time I said a word “is that all”…. Was suppose to get a baconator but they gave me a regular cheeseburger. They try to hand me my bag in the drive thru and take off away from the window like damn? No napkins no ketchup.

Childish employees. Stopped in the drive thru at 5pm on 12/6/23. Had 1 employees tell me to please hold, another constantly saying mommy through the speaker, and a third asking me what I wanted. After ordering I was then asked again to reorder.

Most incompetent people I’ve ever experienced. The drive thru guy wouldn’t accept my dollar because it “had writing on it” and was apparently forged! (It was a bank stamp). Then proceeded to explain to me how to count out change like I didn’t know how (he was incorrect on the amount).He barely even bothered to speak into the microphone to take my order and was entirely rude. He essentially sounded like he was on drugs and barely had mind to function.These are separate occasions. Anyone else that works there I am fine with, but if you pull up and there is a younger guy taking orders then do yourself a favor and just leave. I am entirely disappointed, enough so to write a review which i never, ever do.

The Frosty's were great, but everything else was awful! The Large Fry was half full of cold, hard fries and the Dave's Double was saturated with mustard! The bun was soggy with mustard. We had to wait in the drive-thru line for 18 minutes to get that wonderful meal, and there were only 3 vehicles there including ours. This location is always a disappointment; you'd think we'd have learned our lesson by now....
