1/26/2025 Tonight I ordered 4 for 4 double back cheeseburger, nuggets, fry & small coke. A small frosty on the side. Tonight my burger tasted like liver. I had chunks of dried frosty. Absolutely gross. I hope Wendy’s is not trying to pass liver off as beef burgers. After that first bite I stop eating that burger. I shined a light on the meat and It looks like liver. I will have this meat tested. I have emailed FDA, USDA FSIS, CDC, OSHA, FOH and Alabama Department of Public Health. This will not be tolerated.

A little after 2:20pm. Cashier & Manager were in a rush to prepare orders & so the employees came off frustrated, or annoyed. I will not be coming back to this location. Food is great, thank you.

All Wendy's deserve zero as there review. Real nasty inside of them all. No one is trained. They hire anyone. Food is cold & disgusting. I wonder why people waste their money there. They all need to be closed down.

Drive thru service requires serious improvement. The individual working the comm has no customer service training at all. The time to receive food was also like 25 minutes for 2 meals and only one car in front of us. The worst part was that the food wasn't even hot when we got it.

Ghetto and unprofessional drive in experience at night. The woman not only looked like she was high but her cook did as well, and she couldn't even talk without sounding rude. Even her taking the order was a miserable experience.
The lack of care and standoffishness made me second guess even eating my food from there since they couldn't even talk like human beings. I do not recommend going at night. Maybe the day time is better.
I used to eat breakfast at this location at least 2 times a week. Now 2 Sundays I've been turned away for breakfast before 10 o'clock. Saying they have finished breakfast and started on lunch. I can see a few minutes before 10.30 but before 10 am. It's not acceptable.

The wait for two people inside to place their orders was about 15 minutes. There were 4 in the kitchen, 1 at the front counter and at least 1 working drive through.
The cashier was having a terrible day and seemed genuinely mad about something. Perhaps it was the system operating without proper licensing- see attached picture.
The cleanliness of the restroom and the dining area left a lot to be desired. The drinks were filled behind the counter so I assumed both machines out front were either u stocked or broken down.
I do compliment Dave's Double though.

I like this one specifically because the staff is always nice, sometimes with fast food you get not so friendly people, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees here and we go every Sunday to get frosty's after basketball.
