A decent location though on busy days it can be hard to pass around others. Though they probably can not do anything at this point in the stores life it really could benefit from a expansion. The food is ok for the price point when you maybe want a bite during lunch but not something I would try to eat every week (not that its bad just not something to go out your way for). The staff also can have some truly good stars on a good day. Ran into one lady by the name of Jeana (i hope i got it right. I could not get anyone for awhile to ask and i know Fast food places do not like you sitting in line to long as it runs up their timer for drive through orders) but she was a super sweet older lady who truly felt like she was going out here way to make sure both my order was right and just came off nice. You do not run into that often but whenever I do i like to make it known.

If I could give if I had no star, I would I doordash a lot and their the worst I've ever seen they never want to work they lie saying their out of things... like Ketchup and never have deserts have to tell my customers they don't have things I personally drive to Madison store to eat and get my food cause it's better to drive the miles to get better food and service their so lazy there it's sad

I had breakfast dining in and the restaurant was CLEAN! It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The host on my receipt was Jimmie. We were greeted at the door and the order was correct and the food hot !

Felt like the restaurant had marjuana smell. Had more on chicken sandwich than was suppose to be on it just ask for regular spicy chicken sandwich no extras was charged more for the whole meal didn’t get my receipt which was probably why. Was not friendly at all

1/26/2025 Tonight I ordered 4 for 4 double back cheeseburger, nuggets, fry & small coke. A small frosty on the side. Tonight my burger tasted like liver. I had chunks of dried frosty. Absolutely gross. I hope Wendy’s is not trying to pass liver off as beef burgers. After that first bite I stop eating that burger. I shined a light on the meat and It looks like liver. I will have this meat tested. I have emailed FDA, USDA FSIS, CDC, OSHA, FOH and Alabama Department of Public Health. This will not be tolerated.

A little after 2:20pm. Cashier & Manager were in a rush to prepare orders & so the employees came off frustrated, or annoyed. I will not be coming back to this location. Food is great, thank you.

All Wendy's deserve zero as there review. Real nasty inside of them all. No one is trained. They hire anyone. Food is cold & disgusting. I wonder why people waste their money there. They all need to be closed down.

Drive thru service requires serious improvement. The individual working the comm has no customer service training at all. The time to receive food was also like 25 minutes for 2 meals and only one car in front of us. The worst part was that the food wasn't even hot when we got it.
