Waited outside 40 minutes before close and finally go to the second to last car 15 minutes before close and they just never even took the car in fronts of mines order. I placed an online order that was already paid for. Lights went off at 1 and no response from anyone inside to even let people know they were closing and they had a cut off time for placing orders 20 minutes before they close. When the people in front of me finally left, I pulled up to the window and asked about my online order and said that I had placed it well over half an hour ago she told me she didn’t have a drawer and that they were closed; To which I said, I’ve already paid for it. She told me to just cancel it.I get it, you don’t want to do your job and want to go home. But if you’re scheduled and open till 1 maybe do your job until 1. I should’ve went to the one off of Sparkman where the customer service is actually just always fantastic no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is.

My order was alright. Slightly wrong but it's fine. You can tell the employees do not like working here as they are not friendly at all. Needs better customer service. I will assume the employees might not be treated the best here and that's why they were not in good moods.

Staff okkk.Fish sandwich horrible hard & no meat inside. Cooked top long & hurt my teeth... soda machine was down & staff had attitude that they had to assist with getting drinks from drive thru.. refunded my $$ for horrible fish sandwiched. Stick to burgers better choice.

Went to this location at 7 am . Was first in line when I pulled in. They told me to hold on . I waited 8 minutes before they took my order. I pulled up and there was a car at pickup window because the girl working at the pickup window was arguing and yelling at people in that car so they drove off. I got to the window and the same girl was laughing hysterically. She throuh her hands up in the air and didn’t know what I ordered. I ask her why she was laughing and she said he was laughing at the people that just left. Very unprofessional. She still didn’t know what my order was. So I also drove off and went next door to McDonald’s where the service at McDonald was great. I have this Wendy’s a 1 rating. If there was a 0 I would of gave it a 0. This place is a joke

This place is horrible! The service is the worst that I have ever received from a Wendy’s location! I will not return to this Wendy’s the employee were very rude and had no idea what was going on for 2 simple chocolate frosty that apparently than ran out chocolate on and had to get Vanilla. You look through the window and they probably have about 6 people standing there doing nothing. This place is terrible!

My partner and I visited this establishment today on 1/1/2024. We paid almost $28 for a sandwich meal, chicken nugget meal and an extra 10 piece. I checked the bag when we left and didn't notice anything strange- the fries were there, sandwich and one nugget box and 6 honey mustards. I figured since there were so many honey mustards, all 20 nuggets would be in the bag. Wrong, we only got 8 nuggets in total. I only had one 10pc nugget in the bag and decided to count and it wasn't even a 10 pc. My partners sandwich was cold and he said it seem like the entire thing had been microwaved over grilled and then put together. Overall a terrible experience and we wont be returning to give this place a second chance. We wasted money on a dinner we didn't even get to really enjoy, and are already hungry again barely an hour later.We should have taken the hint to go somewhere else by the trashy, empty parking lot. If you are traveling, don't even waste your time stopping here. There are many cleaner, more attentive establishments within WALKING distance to this Wendy's. All the employees were just standing around doing nothing and we were the only car there. I just figured we could get all of our food having no other distractions but our one order. Our food was basically thrown at us and the window closed before we could even ask for anything. Very, very disappointing, but what can we expect nowadays right?

Nice people and what you expect from Wendy's food, but this location has been consistently the slowest in the area over the last five years. Expect a 25 minute drive thru wait in the evenings.

Every time I go into this Wendy’s my food is cold & all the workers have attitudes. The last time they gave me some food that felt like they put it in the fridge!
