For was cold I should have known thus would happen when I didn't seealine at the drive threw. Called the store and call went to voicemail, they were not busy so I'm not sure why they didn't answer

Every weekend I go to work this establishment either gives me cold or old food orrrrrrr leaves something out my bag. This time im missing my nuggets and no straws for the drinks and no spoons for the ice-cream. Not just today but every weekend. The same smiling face white girl at drive through. I know im not the only one she does like this because two Saturdays ago the car in front of me cursed her out LOUD. This is the worse wendys in Huntsville

The food is usually pretty good when I go but the service is AWFUL and everyone seems absolutely miserable and not very friendly. You also have some employees BLASTING music right beside you (and your kids) with mostly curse words to where you can’t even enjoy your meal in peace. Needless to say, I made my dine in a meal to go. Like I said, food is great, service and employees DEFINITELY need to change.

Avoid this place, not worth the time or the money. I waited 20 minutes for my food with 1 person in the lobby and 1 person in the drive through during my entire wait, once I received my food it was all cold/soggy and the burgers were smashed. I brought up my concerns to the manager and was offered a refund but I did not take it due to not seeing the state of the burgers before asking for the survey which I really should have checked in hindsight.
The manager tried to say that she had only been there 5 days and she didn't know what things were like before she got there, threw previous managers under the bus saying they were not trained and assured me she had been with the company for 5 years and was working to turn this location around. That is all well and good and I do appreciate a line of dialogue being opened however you are suffering from the SAME ISSUES, I would argue it's worse with the wait now and nothing is more infuriating that overpaying for sub-par food. Honestly just close this location already, it's been a lost cause for 2 years and even under new management nothing has changed on the customer side.

Submitted a mobile order. Got there and was told it wasn’t paid for. Showed recipes, insufficient. Waited for 20 minutes without communication or attempt at resolution. “Must be a glitch”. Called corporate, “outside of working hours”. Tried to cancel order, finally went through on their end. No compensation for time or inconvenience. Absurd is an understatement. Will not be ordering here or using this useless app again.
Edit: no lettuce on my jrbaconLETTUCEtomato and they couldn’t even get any of sauces right

They always leave something out of my order. And the drive through people act like they’re being forced to work… it doesn’t hurt to smile at the customer. You ARE being paid for it…

The hamburger meal was delicious. Can't beat Wendy's fries. Hot, done just right, not over-salted. New self serve soda fountain, very nice. The meal was a good break. The tables and floors were freshly sanitized. Servers friendly. Manager kept things flowing. Steady stream in the drive thru didn't delay my order. Sunset view is astounding; great place to unwind.
This is a very good Wendy's here on Hobbs Road. They get my custom orders exactly right every time. Occasionally there is a short wait but generally they are very quick.
Fries were cold, Dave's Double had no ketchup or mayonnaise, ordered chili sauce but didn't get it.
Need to focus more on customer service.

Terrible. Girl taking orders tonight. Couldn’t even give me the total until I got to the window, then acted completely helpless when my phone asked for my Face ID to pay for it. If she would’ve gave me the 20 seconds for it’ll the phone to register my face then she wouldn’t have had an issue.
