Hole in the wall/IYKYK kind of place that's been a staple since I've lived here. Shoutout to the tot roast.

I would leave 0 STARS but It doesn't give that option. We stood at the front for 15 minutes waiting to be seated and no one came up to us. I went to the restroom and then we left. It looked clean and inviting but guess they didn't want our business. Or maybe they don't know to run a restaurant.

This place is one of the best hidden gems in Huntsville. The Zacks Tot roast is a unique one of a kind. Consistently good food always.

We so enjoyed the lunch meatloaf. The food is always great. The service was horrible. And I am in the food industry. Not a smile. She just threw our drinks. And walked off. Then our food got mixed up. We are hoping next time is better. And maybe not go on a Saturday lunch if you want good service.

The West End Grill has always one of my favorite places to go when im wanting comfort food. I usually order my favorite the Zacks Tot Roast and it never disappoints! I get the large so I have leftovers😊 The fried cheese curds, crawfish poppers and buffalo wings are also some of my favorites.

Used to be a regular now we will be a never again. Had to leave my car there but spoke to managers saying it was okay, spent a few hundred there in the last few weeks making sure it wasn’t a problem, even left my number, and found it was towed. Spent $400 getting it back. No phone call. The manager on duty was not someone who knows how to de-escalate situations. Lack of accountability or empathy. In fact escalates it more. Someone else through out the number, etc. Don’t worry I’ll make back that money by not spending it with you anymore.

All their food is fantastic but that Country Fried Steak is worth dying for!!! Delicious! Great service, quick turnout, great prices, awesome spot

I rated Food at 4 stars only because of its limited menu compared to many other restaurants. That said, what is offered is very good. Visit their website and make your own determination of the menu. The service is always good and the atmosphere is rustic...small but cozy. We like it and eat here a lot. Note to owner: we look forward to repair of the column outside

Love Walkons! Great place to watch a game and enjoy some delicious food. We ask for Lailah as our server every visit because she’s so sweet and attentive. We’ve never had an issue with our order so they keep us coming back.

We visited this restaurant earlier in the year while traveling.
Food and service was both fabulous.
Tonight not so much!
The server was terrible!
I ordered country fried steak and mashed potatoes.
I received country fried chicken and mashed potatoes slathered in not one but 2 different gravies.
The server was less than sympathetic.
10 minutes later she drops the ticket on the table.
We had to ask if we could order dessert.
I feel sorry that she is the of this establishment because she’s not doing them any favors.
We looked forward to dining here again throughout our 7 hour drive.
Very disappointed and will not return
