Not bad. Service was good. Never been there before. We went for the DrPepper black raspberry shake and loved it. We had chicken tenders and they were good for fast food. We would return.

Well this place has been struggling. Our food order was wrong, they charged us for kids meals that should have been free on Thursday and it took them another 25 minutes to make the right burger (sweet and spicy). My mother-in-law ordered gravy, it didn’t come with our meal because they said they were still making it. We checked on it after 45 minutes and they told us they were out, and I said but you guys said you were making it?? They didn’t even tell us they were out and and then they said okay we are making it now. The pictures show the disgusting excuse for gravy. If I were the manager I would have been embarrassed to bring this out. Someone needs to teach them transparency and customer service. We were one of 8 customers in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. Someone run to Walmart and buy this Whataburger some gravy mix!

This is the best location! Each time I come, whether they are busy or slow, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and my order has never been wrong. The food is, what I call “fancy fast food” because it tastes so fresh and hot and the service has always been exceptional! Only location I visit!

Do yourself a favor and drive to south parkway or Hazel Green if u want Whataburger that bad. The food that come out the window at this place isn't fit to eat! Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers. All 3 of them flat as pancakes. Fries were cold and soggy. If I wouldnt have got it threw the drive thru and got home with before saw how poorly these burgers were made and how disgusting the fries were i would have went back and threw that 40 dollars worth of garbage one the counter and got money back. This was the 3rd and last time I go back to this place. Since day one this particular Whataburger has been a abomination!

We are Texans, so we have eagerly tried many Whataburgers in the area. This is by far the best one! Ashley, the manager, runs a good ship with responsive, friendly staff who are always in motion- cleaning, cooking, taking orders…. The food was great, and when we are In this part of Huntsville, we will make it a point to stop here!
Our friends come in here quite often at night, but tonight and the last time we came in the service has been terrible. No one would take our order ( stood there for 15 minutes people looking at us and ignoring us) and when they finally did take our order, it took forever to come out and this guy “Lucas” has a terrible attitude problem like nothing I have ever seen before (I got second hand embarrassment from him acting that way) everytime… last time spending money here.
