3rd time at different Whataburgers food was the same at all 3, hamburger was cooked well but underseasined so not much flavor, there was a full salad between the bun and the meat, lol, the fries were underdone and no salt to speak of. I understand ti.es are tough and prices are high, but $28 for 2 combo meals, we.could of had a full meal for less.

It's sad that people have jobs and are not even trying at all. I ordered online and when I get to the store, I had a little wait. That's fine, I don't mind waiting. What I do mind is when I get my food, it's cold! I paid $12 for cold food which completely ruins the little meal that it is supposed to be. Anyway, cold and soggy fish sandwich, cold onion rings and spicy ketchup instead if fancy like I ordered. I don't like spicy ketchup, I'm fancy so give me the fancy joint! I mean, we are spending our money that we worked for so great food and service shouldn't be asking too much. If my team under delivers like that ever, I'll fire everyone. Anyway, thanks for nothing! Have a great night everyone! ?
