HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Ordered two burgers one with no lettuce and one with no onion. I noticed it on my receipt first, then I told the cashier “Ayanna B” about it and she gave me attitude like if it was my fault that THEY messed up an order I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. She rolls her eyes and talks to a guy about it. The guy grabs the bag and throws it in the trash. Ayanna tells me to pull forward.. after 5 cars have gotten their food, I get mine. Of course, they forgot the ranch and the ketchup I asked for. I get home and I find something in my burger. It’s either a pink balloon or a piece of their pink gloves!!! I will never go to that whataburger again.

We eat at Whatburger whenever we can while traveling. The French Fries, Onion Rings, and Cookies are delicious. My wife enjoys the Cheeseburgers and Chiken Strips. The service was excellent, and the facility was clean.

My burger and fries were cold, as if it had been microwaved, but not long enough. I grew up in the south and was excited when I heard we were getting one in Huntsville. Unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed.

I went through the drive through and told the worker that I needed a second to look over the menu. They never came back to get my order. I have no idea if this location has good food or not since they were too incompetent to sell me any.
Ordered 2 different burgers both came out wrong. I got charged for more and got less. This has happened multiple times. Don’t open your store if you can’t do the job correctly thanks.
The younger female taking orders at the drive thru is horribly rude. She would not let me speak and kept cutting me off after every syllable. Very frustrating experience trying to order some lunch for my kids so we left and went elsewhere. Don't expect any kind of respect from this crew.
