We ordered two double patty melts and what we got was double burgers so it sucked! So not a good experience for a first time visit!

These young people just want a place to soak up money. They’re on the phones or talking to co workers while taking the order, which completely causes error to the accuracy of the ticket order. Only to wait 11 minutes in the drivethru I ordered a Dbl w/cheese and onion rings, get all the way home : no cheese, onion rings are mediocre. This is beginning to be the common place for your brand

The food was delicious but the whole process of getting the food was absolutely terrible. We waited in the drive-thru for over an hour at midnight. Once we got to the window, they asked me to pull up so they can finish the onion rings. And after waiting another 15 minutes, they never even gave us the onion rings, which is the entire reason we had to pull up and wait.Whataburger is delicious, but this location has a lot to improve regarding efficiency and service.

Waited 15 mins in the drive through. Was asked to move up, it would just be a minute. 10 minutes later. Asked if the bag had grape jelly in it. Ashley said yes. Came inside and Ashley said they were out of grape jelly.

We were in town for a Christian youth conference and brought in a group of 25 late on a Friday night. Two other similar-sized youth groups showed up right behind us. It was packed! Despite this, the crew did a GREAT job! Specifically, Latrisa, Chamya, and Kira were AMAZING! The food was still out fast and delicious, too. They handled a packed house of teenagers with a smile and professionalism, despite being overwhelmed. It was something to watch, really. No other fast food establishment that I know of could have pulled that off! I can’t say enough great things about our experience. I rated it 5 stars, but I wish I could give it 10. Thank you Latrisa, Chamya, and Kira! #BestWhatABurgerEva We’ll be back!
