I’ve seen some negative reviews of the service and I don’t know what those people are on; this place always has the best service and everyone in there is so nice and friendly. Best coffee in this area and much more affordable than driving further for a local coffee shop. Everywhere else sells sugar-milk but I guess that’s just people’s taste around here, because those places get great reviews. White Bison drinks taste like they actually have coffee in them in a good way in my opinion. If you don’t want to taste a hint of coffee I guess just customize for even more freakin sugar you weirdos (drinks are fully customizable in the app!)

Dreadful service - avoid.
Waited 45mins for a curbside order. They initially called when I first arrived to ask to substitute an out of stock item. After I gave up and went in staff first ignored me for 5mins (they were not busy), and then when I asked about the food 'we'', maybe it's this bag over here ...'. I declined the offer of cold food and drinks.
Amazed they remain in business with the amount of similar reviews.

I hate Starbucks. I really do. I'd rather support small, local businesses ( like White Bison) plus get some unique coffee drinks than have the same old diluted crap from a company that couldn't care less. This being said, I'd rather go to the Starbucks just a block away than this place. I would love to tell you all about the unique coffee drink I got to enjoy, but sadly I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes, 36 seconds without even being greeted. I did get to hear her entire conversation with her coworker (her mic was on), but that is entertaining for only so long. Too bad, I hate to see small businesses fail due to places like Starbucks, but at least the guy at the one I stopped at a block away had some of the best customer service ever. He gets all the stars that I wanted to give White Bison.

We got two drinks on our road trip. They were both great. Service was good. The price was on the high side but I expected that being in a gas station.

Been here a few times to get coffee loved the ine in nashville but this location is horrific. The past two time have been very bad service the ine time we waited for 45 minutes for our coffee then finally had to ask and the lady was very rude and didn't even have it made yet. Then this time we pull up the drive through sat for 10 minutes they never answered so we went inside and Noone was even working they said it was open but there was noone there we will not be back to this location. I don't advise anyone to try this location
