Absolutely unacceptable experience at Wings To Go. I don’t know what kind of operation this location is running, but they clearly have no clue how to fulfill a basic order. I asked for], and what I got was a sloppy, incorrect mess that no one bothered to double-check. This isn’t rocket science—it’s chicken wings. If your staff can’t get that right, maybe they need to find a different job.
Not only was my order wrong, but the attitude from the staff when I pointed it out was downright disrespectful. No apology, no effort to make it right, just blank stares and a half-hearted “sorry.” I didn’t pay good money for this nonsense.
I will be calling corporate and letting them know exactly how pathetic this experience was. Hopefully someone higher up still cares about customer service, because clearly this location does not.

The fried pickles were old and too hard and thick to chew. The wings were meaty, old and greasy. The food wasn’t fresh. We eat wings wherever we travel. This was disappointing.

Definitely need to go here when the black girl is working I called in a order for 5wings all flats extra crispy honey gold and an order of okra the Chinese man was rushing taking my order First of all I live in new market was out in the city shopping. Got home order was all wrong I don’t eat drums especially theirs cause they are big and they give you the ugly pieces I will not go back here they have done messed up my experience

On Monday, May 20, 2024, my sister treated me to a late lunch at Wings To Go restaurant here in North Huntsville, AL. (Even though I have been aware of it for many, many years, I'd never eaten there.)I really, "REALLY" enjoyed my "take out" lunch from there. I ordered the Wings (w/Honey Barbecue Sauce) and Catfish Meal--which came with French fries, hush puppies, and a drink.Although the wings were VERY good, to my surprise, I actually liked the CATFISH the best! It was cooked to PERFECTION---nice and thin pieces of catfish, ... crispy outside, tender inside.DELICIOUS! The wings are large, unlike some of these other spots with the super tiny chicken wings. Very tasty, tried the classic mild buffalo, the flavor was perfect.
