Can’t ever order in the lobby, they decline you telling you that they close in X amount of time and can’t take any more orders. This is not how any other place I’ve eaten works. The staff made me place an online order in the lobby and then laughed at me for asking what I had to do to get some food. Declining more people and laughing at them as they leave currently watching it happen.

I ask for Ketchup that you can dip with I was told that ketchup is for online orders and that I needed to use the ketchup packets in the dining room! Even thou my food was placed in a brown bag! The ketchup packets are nasty and sticky everyone has touched them!

My wife and I came in 37 minutes before closing and was immediately told they are closed and not taking any orders with a "talk to the hand" gesture. Might as well gave us a middle finger... it would have been more polite

This location is nasty as in unsanitary and they just through the food together. They just hire anybody for fast food now days! The worker was sneezing over the food and wiping her nose over the food with her hands. All of them operate like they are all new and don’t know what they are doing. The girl was wiping food from the sides into the cooking grease with the customers food!

I love wings, but dry rubs aren’t my thing. The flavor never comes through as strong as sauced wings.
My only issue was the tray my food was served on could have been ran through the dishwasher. But the food came out fast. It was good and the staff was pleasant and checked on the customers in the restaurant.

Ordered honey barbecue, but was given hot honey dry rub. Not what I ordered, but still pretty good. The wait was pretty long for some wings and so-so fries. The fries do taste best with ranch due to the soft texture.
