I ordered the 20-for-$20 at Wingstop and they shorted me 6 wings. When I called to let them know, they accused me of lying and refused to give me what I paid for. I was told to call the next day to speak with a manager, but after calling 4 times with no answer, I had to drive back to the store.
The manager was just as unprofessional, completely uninterested in fixing anything, and unapologetic about the whole situation. She eventually gave me the 6 wings, but it shouldn’t have been this hard.
I even called corporate, was told someone would follow up, and they never did. I called again, and it’s been a month, still nothing. I will not be spending another penny at wingstop.

I didn’t get her name but she was black, short with dreads , working the register on 11/15/25 as soon as I walked in she refused me everyone service because she had to many orders it was only 6 pm and they closed at midnight ! If you didn’t have an online order an hour prior to 6 pm she refused service to EVERYONE! Funny thing is my mom loves there ranch so all I wanted to order was ranch for her salad ! The worst wing stop I’ve ever been to she was a nasty to me and every other customer that walked in ! I will never go back to any wing stop ever again because of her

Walked in after about 2 years or so and a girl turned with smart look on her face saying nay I help to? And I told her I was selling sprays and candles And had a smirk on her face and said RUDELY There's No Solicting the sign says right there and bent over backwards to try to show me I thought she was going to fall!!!!! I will be honest with you never seen her don't want to ever again she is rude and doesn't belong in that atmosphere there a way to talk to folks.... Grow up

The service from this place is ridiculous! So many times I order food and keep having problems! The food is not cheap yet I keep not getting my FULL order! You can’t call back because this establishment won’t answer the phone! If it’s not ranch being left out the bag it’s incorrect wing count. If it’s not that it’s fries missing, if not that wrong order given, if it’s not that then fry crumbs instead of actual fries! It doesn’t matter if the food is good when you can’t receive it! I did not get all of my food tonight and if I could’ve came back I would have! Someone needs to do something it is ridiculous!!!

They don't have good service. I went two days in a row and I couldn't buy anything because they weren't taking orders. Today I went to order some fries and they also didn't take orders when I was seeing the trays full of fries. Terrible restaurant service.

The fries were under seasoned and cold. I got the garlic Parmesan wing and they were tiny and looked and tasted like they just dumped a bottle of Parmesan on them and called it good. The staff seemed like they were mad I interrupted their laughing and joking by ordering food
