Ordered online said it would be ready in 20 minutes got to the store waited 45 minutes they marked my order complete 20 minutes in I told them I hadn’t received my food lady at the counter said they was working on it I reminded them three times 25 minutes later still hadn’t made my food than said they would make it real quick they must have gave my order to the wrong person but never called my name waste of time I’ll drive to Bo’s best wings next time this is the third wing stop iv tried to eat at will never waste my time with Wingstop again also never got my refund on my card !!

We’ve eaten here once weekly since they opened and every time it’s been super greasy and the fries are not done enough. If our order was even correct. We witnessed someone bring their order back in because it wasn’t the right order, it was someone else’s, and it was put back on the shelf to give to the right person! After another person left the building with it!

Placed an order online with a 28 minute wait. Placed that order at 7:30, it is 8:24 and I am still waiting on my food that I ordered online almost an hour ago. Got here at 8:03 and still waiting. If you want fast service, especially for a pickup order, I would not use this location.

This was my first visit to any Wing Stop location and it won’t be my last! I was promptly greeted by an enthusiastic employee that answered all over my questions without making me feel rushed or like a nuisance. I really enjoyed my food and will return soon.

I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and the vudoo fries. Everything was fresh and good. They have friendly workers also. I will most definitely be going back.
Went in the first time to pickup my friend workers we very rude told another worker to lock the door behind me. Went to go get food to try and give them a second chance ordered it online showed up they didn't even make it mind you I already paid and they told me it would be 2 to 3 days before I got my refund I will never go back to Wingstop again.

I ordered online, but arrived a few minutes before my anticipated time it was packed and I found a seat. I only waited six more minutes than my anticipated time, but it’s newly opened, staff was helping customers, cooking, and answering phone orders. My time is estimated time not exact so I extended grace and for all that was going on the they did great! When I got back home everything was fresh just wished my fries were fried a bit longer (personal preference).
I came in for my first experience at a wingstop. I was excited because people say it's good. Most places are when they first open at least. The guy at the register said it will be an hour wait. It was 7:15 on a Sunday night. They didn't appear that busy. I'm not sure if I will ever go back or not.

This new location has done a great job handling the large crowds during this opening period. Keeping a helpful friendly attitude through what I am sure has been stressful! The food has been awesome! Jermaine who came to help from the Athens location was especially helpful and super friendly! Excited to have this location close by!
