Wok's Up Chinese Food

Found a piece of metal in the noodles. It looked like a piece from a steel wool sponge. Called the manager and he pretended not to speak much English or understand. We told them they need to probably check their noodles and he offered to comp the meal. He completely missed the point that they need to throw away the noodles so it doesn’t happen to other people. We liked this place but not going back since they did not tale this seriously.

We ordered from here through Grub Hub while visiting Huntsville, AL and it was pretty good. It arrived hot and fresh, and the portions were giant. We both chose the 3 item plate which comes with three different entrees, one side...(egg roll spring roll, etc)....and 1 base...(white rice, fried rice, lomein, etc). The prices were very reasonable as well. This was definitely not the best Chinese food I have eaten, but for the price, it was not bad for fast food.

I LOVE Woks Up. It’s close to my office and go at least once a week for an affordable and yummy lunch. I average about $9 - their portions are generous so I never need more than the one meat option.

Omg the food here is amazing first time going and now I’m hooked . Thank you, the hot and sour soup is on point, lo mein noodles are amazing and the Chicken and broccoli so good.

Delivered by doordash. Got a two entree plate and got enough for two people. The General and Kung Pao chicken were really good, the veggies were good just not enough veggies. I will order again.

Ordered via Uber eats. Delicious food and sooo filling! Their lunch plates are plenty for two meals so definitely will be reheating my leftovers for dinner! Everything we had was delicious!!

Love this place! Their sesame chicken has satisfied my pregnancy craving if not encouraged it! Spring rolls are amazing, as are the crab Rangoon. My toddler (and i) love their chicken and broccoli as well. I look forword to ordering more dishes off the menu!

Really nice little restaurant. The services is fast and friendly, and the food is delicious. We get the 2 entrees option and it’s delicious. Oh and the amount of food they give you is enough to eat for lunch and finish the rest for dinner. The teriyaki and curry chicken, and general tso as well as the sesame chicken so tender and good. Definitely recommend!

Just recently tried out this place for the first time and the food was delicious! The portions were adequate and the flavor was nice!

Ordered Kung pow chicken and got nothing but veggies. Counted 6 small pieces of chicken in the entire plate. Very dissatisfied with the last 3 times I have tried this restaurant and will not be back.

Since there are so many bad reviews please try CHINA SUN down the parkway on bailey cove. you will not be disappointed I've tried a lil bit of everything rice, lo main, general tso chicken, crab Rangoon but oh the egg foo young is amazing. Thank me later you welcome..

My experience is usually great! My boyfriend and I come every 2 weeks and ms girl Marissa that works on evening shift 5:30pm to be exact made my visit not so great. When we arrived lo mein looked dry but looked past that and the items the we usually get was low. I asked MARISSA “is this fresh?” she said “yes” which was a lie so I re asked “when was the last time new items were put out” she stated “15 min ago why” which was another lie because the pan literally had broccoli no chicken (EMPTY) which led us to leave!

The shrimp and beef lo mein was out of this world they are so very sweet. I don’t like a lot o Chinese places but I will definitely be back their food and service is phenomenal
