We drove for 20 minutes to visit this place, hoping to create a memorable experience for my boys. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. When we arrived, my son tried to talk to an employee behind the counter, but was ignored. I also wasn't greeted when I walked in, and the staff seemed uninterested in our presence. They stood next to each other, staring at us in an unwelcoming manner. As a result, we didn't feel welcome and chose to leave.
Ps, if you have a hint brown on your skin might as well turn around.

Rude, rude, rude!!! Charged me $12.95 but took $13.47 out of my cashapp. Tried to argue about a 4% increase on something but, what’s on my receipt is what should’ve came out of my account. When my kids and I walked up they looked like they were bothered by our appearance but smiled at the Hispanic people behind us. I’m not sure if they speak English or just act like they don’t…..I will be filing a complaint against this company!

Best ice cream in HSV. The boba is admittedly meh, but the rolled ice cream is so so good.
Please pick somewhere else to get boba. The rolled ice cream I'm sure is good but I got a Thai bubble tea (my favorite) and the tea was gross. It needed more milk but they said they couldn't add it which was weird because you can't have milk tea without milk. The tapioca boba also tasted gross.

Blueberry Rollo is my favorite with blueberry sauce, yum! My family and I have been coming here for a while and we love it! The blueberry bubble tea is good too. If you've never been, I highly recommend it. Always nice customer service.
