Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Terrible service, cold food, missing items. All while spending almost $60. Was shorted 2 drinks, cookies, fries, and some chicken in the meals. When I asked about it, I got “well, I put it in there”. Asked for a fork and was told to drive around (was in the drive through) and pick one up inside. Do not recommend coming at this location.

Can’t get what you order. Went through Drive through order 6 piece finger plate (LARGE WITH LARGE FRIES AND NO SLAW SUBSTITUTE FOR EXTRA FRIES) Got the equivalent of a small frie

Walked inside, waited almost 10 minutes while the girl at the counter was on her phone. She never turns around and finally when someone walks up for me to order, she’s asks what i want then tells me after that the inside was closed yet the doors were unlocked and alot of people were inside sitting down eating. Absolutely horrible customer service

This Zaxbys sucks, the workers are terrible and Leah the one working the register gave the worst service. They messed up my 4 pierce combo didn’t give me any coleslaw, then the chicken fingers looked like nuggets. The worst establishment I’ve ever been too.

The service has gone way down at this location. I often visit this location when I visit my mom and the past 3 visits have been terrible.....food has been cold and it taste like it has been sitting out way before the order comes in.

kinda disappointed I went today and ordered loaded fries with extra ranch I didn’t receive the extra ranch sause so I went back and order another loaded fries and asked for extra ranch and when I got home and opened it I had no ranch at all and I just felt disappointed I didn’t even wanna go reclaim just never going coming back to this zaxby

They just let any Dasher come in and automatically take the food. Like make sure they grab the right food because I ordered my food at 2:30 and it’s 4:30 and it got canceled twice. I went through eight different Dashers for two hours. If you want Zaxby’s, I don’t recommend DoorDashing from this place. There’s a high chance you’re not gonna get your meal.

Worst Zaxbys in the city, service was bad, restaurant looks like it hadn’t been clean in years, spoiled cold slaw, pre cooked food, employees standing around, I’m from the restaurant industry, and I thought if you had time to lean it was time to clean
