I want to give thanks again to Trish for taking care of me while there. I had a confusing order but she got it right.

poor customer service i ordered tacos and they were served with only tortillas and chicken no toppings and i called and was told to come back my name was in a book and when i came back they said i only had 7 days and would not help me at all

The food was cold and there were 3 young ladies at the window when we pulled up for our order, not a single one spoke one word.

Update, November 17th, 18:09: Gave it another try with a Chicken Fingerz Zax Pack at $34.

I’m not sure if the chicken is pre-portioned or how it’s done, but I ended up with 19 scrawny chicken strips & plenty of fries, toast, and sauce.

The box was heavy-duty & cool , the food was pretty fresh & tasty.

I guess im just spoiled by the size of all the other chicken strips I’ve had from home, fast food, Slim Chicken, Raising Cain’s, and convenience stores?

I’m not sure what is normal for Zaxby’s as a company. Maybe it’s just gourmet or like all-natural chicken?

The photo on the menu had me stoked, but I guess it could be ‘enlarged to show texture’ like alot of other places.

I do not make reviews often, but I had to say that this Zaxby's location went above and beyond today. I first showed up before opening due to the time change and a gentleman cane out to kindly let me know. I decided to then do my Costco run and afterwards came back. I ordered my food and when I tried to pay they were having issues with their card pay system. Instead of making me wait they offered to comp my food. They were super polite and the gentleman that helped me both times, deserves this 100% awsome review. Thank you and made my day!!!

I got here right at closing so I called she said we have your food no drink! I said that’s fine she said come to the drive thru then a guy says oh we already threw it away!! He said call door dash I’m here I used Yalls app!! They was rude and poor customer service!! Definitely won’t be back to this Zaxby’s!!

The food is cold, I got sick eating the zenzation zalad(take out) for 2 days in the bathroom. Staff is always short and managers use fowl language right along with the employees. The two managers are always on edge. Oh yeah they NEVER have ice in the lobby machine.

Shrinkflation at its worst. $16 for a cobb salad with no more than 4 bites of chicken diced up in it. I opened the salad up and seriously thought they'd left the chicken off, it was that hard to find. Side order of cheese bites consisted of maybe 5 little pieces, where before it's always been a full container. Even the Texas Toast was just Texas Bread, not even an attempt at toasting it.

Employees in a bad mood and punking customers ... or flagrant shrinkflation, putting out less food for more $$? Either way, not worth going back for.

Restaurant full of incompetent and rude staff. Was handed wrong drink, wrong order, then a missing item for the right order. Was told to pick up inside “since it’s a mobile order”??? Was handed the wrong item AGAIN and had to have it remade because they incorrectly gave my order to someone else. Horrible experience.

Arrived in the drive thru 40 minutes before close, i have been sitting here for 10 minutes after driving up to the window and making eye contact with an employee, and returning to the speaker
