last time I came to this zaxbys i ordered an order of fries and it was left out of my bag, today i ordered a salad and it sat on the counter for 20 minutes before somebody put it in a bag and gave it to me, another customer ordered inside and had been sitting waiting for his food for 20 minutes as well, will not be going to this zaxbys again. horrible service

Today is my final time patronizing this location and possibly the entire chain based on the restaurant's callous and irresponsible attitude toward the pandemic. 3 people in the kitchen were preparing food without wearing a mask. I am helping care for my mom who was recently hospitalized with a near fatal lung condition. If we end up with Covid I will be pursuing legal action with the franchise owner(s) and the parent company. In thee meantime this sounds like a job for the health...read full review
