Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This would’ve been a poor review as the man who was taking orders took 10 minutes to get the persons in front of me order correct but, Ayden was very helpful as he could see for a minute i hadn’t been helped. i waited for the other guy to come back after fixing the previous order and walking away to gossip but he never came back. after waiting so long Ayden took my order quickly even though he was working drive through.

Good luck getting anything close to what you ordered at the drive through at this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got two pieces of bread with nothing on it, and had to wait 30 minutes for that. No line, just took them that long. Wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but they always mess something up.

This Zaxby's has definitely become my favorite, the food was delicious and cooked all the way through!! If you are looking for fast, friendly service, and great food definitely come to this location!!

This place constantly messes up the Go Big option for meals. It's supposed to mean large fries and drink. They will give you a large drink and short change your fries. You have to check your order every single time.

Good bird, but pricey

Came in at 4:00 on Monday. No one in line. Waited 4 minutes for someone to help. Every tables was filthy. The drink machine was disgusting. Where is the management? The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned all day. The food was old and cold. The fries were terrible. The buns were stale. Then I realized why we were the only ones here. I will never eat here again. Zero stars!!!!

I placed an online order. They forgot my sandwich in my order. I called to request a refund and they refused to refund me for my sandwich unless I come into the store.

This place keeps going down and down ! I will start with our most recent experience which was tonight. I order our food which was wrong per the usual here lately. When I got to the window the young girl was snappy and rude. She started to hand me the drinks and I asked for a drink carrier she sighed loudly making her frustration known and then rolled her eyes. I mean over a drink carrier ?! The order was 43 dollars ! I don’t think I was asking much ! The last time the order was also wrong we ordered traditional wings and got boneless. We won’t be returning I will drive to the one on memorial!

Zaxbys was clean and the workers were so friendly. The food was delicious and we did not have to wait long for the gentleman to bring our food to us. We feel comfortable when we eat at Zaxbys.

The service at this store was amazing but the leadership from Alisha (manager) was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure her crew was on top of things in the store, everything was clean and flowing smoothly!

The place is filthy and the workers are just laid back while the drink bar is absolutely disgusting and the trash in the lobby is running over onto the floor , tables have trash on multiple ones and , shows a major lack of cleanliness, shouldn't be this way especially since there's no rush , and this a place to dine in but who would want to dine in such a filthy establishment. My husband asked the manager on duty how often in the lobby area cleaned, and she responded throughout the day. However, with the way this place looks, it hasn't been cleaned all day.
