I almost drove off leaving $89 in change and the young lady was sweet enough to flag me down and stopped me. Honest kids working in there and fast service.

I am really tired of ordering and PAYING for EXTRA sauce and not even getting the original sauce that is supposed to come with the meal. It’s extremely frustrating. Zaxby’s - CLUE IN. If my husband didn’t love Zaxby’s I wouldn’t come back.

place is filthy. bathroom reeks of piss. dirt/grime all over the floor, lid dispenser is greasy, food not thoroughly cooked. large aggressive brown bug reared up at us from under our seat and charged toward us.

My friend called asking for there most sold product for a experiment and they threatened us I will never again call nor buy from the restaurant.

This would’ve been a poor review as the man who was taking orders took 10 minutes to get the persons in front of me order correct but, Ayden was very helpful as he could see for a minute i hadn’t been helped. i waited for the other guy to come back after fixing the previous order and walking away to gossip but he never came back. after waiting so long Ayden took my order quickly even though he was working drive through.

Good luck getting anything close to what you ordered at the drive through at this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got two pieces of bread with nothing on it, and had to wait 30 minutes for that. No line, just took them that long. Wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but they always mess something up.

This Zaxby's has definitely become my favorite, the food was delicious and cooked all the way through!! If you are looking for fast, friendly service, and great food definitely come to this location!!

This place constantly messes up the Go Big option for meals. It's supposed to mean large fries and drink. They will give you a large drink and short change your fries. You have to check your order every single time.
