I ordered dine in and I sat at the booth waiting for my order and it was handed to me in a bag at my table I asked why and was told because we are busy but the two customers that was after me was giving there meals on plates I had Coke Zero and it was bad so I go to the counter to get it from drive through and 2 employees saw me standing there and didn’t say anything to me just ignored me I said excuse me they still kept talking to each other and ignored me the lady in drive through witnessed this and she walked up to me and asked what did I need and she helped me terrible customer service to walk past me and ignored me as if I wasn’t standing there then give me my food in a bag when I ordered dine in listen I pay my money like everyone else treat me the same way

This location is SO slow and they ALWAYS forget the sauce that comes with the meal. Very unfriendly too.

It will be difficult to consider returning. I went there at night and it seem like they are prioritizing the drive through above dine ins. I wait 2o minutes for a salad while the drive thru line was continually emptied out. You got to do better.

Food is good. I like it a lot and come here often. Harrison must of been having a bad day because he was super rude. He was mumbling something and shaking his head when I asked for something then when my friend asked for a refill on coke (because the machine was off) Harrison frowned at him when he grabbed the cup.

5 star service! My 3 year old daughter was crying when we entered and they all tried to comfort her and even offered her a cookie which quickly made her cheer up so we could have a nice meal. Little acts like this mean so much to a family with little ones! The food was great and arrived quickly. We will definitely come back!

Location is exceptionally hit or miss, especially during night shift. I go here maybe once a week, or every two weeks before my night shift as it is relatively close to my office. But with my scheduling, I tend to not have the time to drive back to the restaurant in case something is wrong with the food I received.
Multiple times now, on around 2 out of 3 times, my order is wrong. They either don't give me a drink at all, or give me the wrong order all together and still charge me for the correct order. This time I got to the office, found that they gave me less food than was ordered (3 finger plate instead of 5).
The crew on night shift always seems to try and push people through the drive thru as quick as possible, regardless of how many people are in line.
If you want your food done right then DONT go by this Zaxbys. I ordered 20 wings and they weren’t done and cold and no sauce was on them. They forgot my fries and when I went back it took 20 minutes to get a REGULAR fry.
Update: Zaxbys contacted me and sent a voucher to my address to cover my entire order. Thanks for making it right Zaxbys.

Their 3$ Tacos are pretty good.
The Cobb salad was fresh and good size for price. Chicken was great as well.

First off, thank you to the staff for fixing the issue I had right away. Everyone was very understanding and asked no questions. But this is the second time I've went to this Zaxbys, spent $14 on a meal for myself, and either had hilariously small boneless wings and just a wee bit of sauce on them. How are you going to charge full price for half-assed food? Idk who's back there making the for but they need to do something where quality don't matter. Because $14 for half assed Zaxbys is not happening.

None of my order requirements were met, food definitely wasn’t fresh or atleast cycled…all was cold. Missing sauces were the least of the problems.

Just stopped by and the workers were so rude. We had two separate orders for the same car. When we got up to the window we were handed the first order, then we waited for our second order and the guy just stared at us then slammed the window shut. He came back after three minutes and VERY rudely asked, “I’m sorry, did you need something?” with the craziest attitude ever. We were just waiting for our second order, there was absolutely no need for the attitude.

Majority of the time I order here my order is always wrong. I used doordash today to get fried cheesecake bites with the strawberry sauce. Turns out I got cheese bites that go in the mr.beast box instead and the strawberry sauce with and extra strawberry sauce which was disgusting when I bit into it by the way. It’s ridiculous and makes no sense to repeatedly pay for something & not get what you ordered!
