Placed an online order. I arrived 5 minutes early and the staff quickly got it ready without me even having to ask. Food was hot and prepared to order. Staff was friendly and the manager was kind and accommodating. Love this place!

With our hectic family schedule, we find ourselves eating out more than we should. While there are a lot of fast food options in South HSV now, we find ourselves going back to Zaxby's again and again because we know we are going to get hot, tasty food and great service each time we go in. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and we always enjoy our food.

Been going for at least a decade, hardly ever anything resembling an issue. Fresh, fast, and friendly always.
We tried the new Lemon Pepper tenders. Not my favorite. Greasy and over powering taste. Went through drive through. Not to long of a wait.
