Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I placed an online order and paid for it 50 dollars worth of food. And they had me wait for it. I placed the order. And waited 15 minutes before i left the house. Then got to the store at 757pm because my order was suppose to be ready at 754pm. I was told I had to wait which was fine . But I have been here now 40 minutes.. i have seen customers come in be served and feed and eating while i am still waiting. Drive thru line was cleared while I still waited. Then when I said something to them they said they just got my order and I have to wait for wings to be cook. I really am upset because I paid 50 dollars for food so I wouldn't have to wait and still no food still be reporting this.

My family loves Zaxby's and we eat here often. I wanted to take a moment to right a review and acknowledge the team at this location and ESPECIALLY the manager. She is awesome! Super attentive and always on top of things. No wonder this location is excellent ?

Worst place I ever work for and I can’t wait to broadcast it all over my social media poor management ! They don’t care if they employees half dead or sick or throwing up with the flu they gone make them work if u ever wonder where sickness spreads it starts here ! Doctors note or u can physically see they don’t care ! DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE !

I hate to leave this review because we love Zaxby’s but for the consecutive second time we have boneless wings with the garlic blaze sauce that are honestly nearly inedible. They have little sauce, are extremely hard, and very small.

I can deal with the size of them but the hardness of them makes me think they have been sitting under the heat for a while. Again, the last time we came, it was the same result. We basically paid full price for a wings meal but only able to eat fries n toast.

I have three stars because in the past we have loved this store but it seems, in our opinion, the quality is going down. We have another store in Bailey Cove so maybe that’s our answer.

I do hope this store gets things turned around.

No reason for it to take 20+ minutes to get my order. Fries was cold and not fresh. With that kind of wait time everything should be fresh and hot.
