I ordered 3 things off doordash. Only received 2 items. Called the store and was told that it’s Doordashes problem, even tho it’s on the employees to load the bags for Doordash. Didn’t appreciate the no help i got from Starbucks.

Hands down the worst Starbucks drink i’ve ever had. Lukewarm at best. Tasted like liquid sugar - couldn’t even hardly get it down. Gentleman at the window was super polite & friendly. I originally tried to order a caramel brûlée latte but they were out of the mix so he suggested a white choc mocha w/ a pump of caramel. Sounds good with me. I didn’t expect to get charged an extra $.80 cents for caramel when they’re out of mix and offering to sub it with something else, it’s not like i wanted to order that originally, but whatever - i obliged without saying anything. Clearly whoever made the drink poured the entire bottle of caramel in there. I couldn’t taste coffee whatsoever - just sugar. Kinda disappointing way to start my morning after spending $6+ on a drink in this economy.

It's that time of year for red cups. There are thousands of Starbucks, they basically serve the same drinks, food, and also selling the same Starbuck's merchandise.What makes this place unique, the customer service. The cheery greetings, small conversations with the staff while waiting for your drinks. That's what hospitality is all about. Kudos to an amazing store that knows how to deliver a product by adding a smile, greeting, and overall kindness to your day!

I have been working an extra job this month and found this Starbucks in the area. I've used the drive through about 5 times already and it's been amazingly fast. The employees are super friendly. Even used a "Good Monday morning, what can we make for you". Then, at the window if there is a small wait, the employee asks how your day or week is. He has done this every time so it's not just a one day fluke. Much better than staring at a closed window while waiting. Very good job! It's customer service you unfortunately don't see much of anymore...especially during a very busy morning rush.

I love the Starbucks Barista Favorite. It's been my go to drink for the past couple of weeks. It's amazing and taste so good. I hope they keep it on the menu because I just love it. Service is awesome here too.?
