Very knowledgeable. Gave some good advise that I am trying. We will see how it turns out. I would recomend this place.The thing about brewing is that it seems like everyone knows, but few really apply it and have good results. This guy has actually tried what I am trying and seems to have some good results. They have a good supply to do just about anything as well.
