I had not been to this location in literally more than 10 years because I had too many bad experiences and it's funny because I literally drive by this captain d's location almost everyday and figured eventually it would go out of business. Well... I recently tried again and it was stellar service and the fish was fried perfectly and not too greasy and the fries were hot and fresh. And the staff was friendly and upbeat. It's kind of run down... needs an update. The service was poor the day I ate there. The fries were soggy but the shrimp was good. They did not have tea available on my visit. Hopefully, they will make improvements. I usually like Capt D"s.

Location and customer service were great, even with limited staff. The dining room was closed due to staffing issues. Was once a fan fave, but food quality has changed dramatically! Butterfly shrimp is tiny, cheesesticks and marinara sauce changed brands and quality, and the fish batter is very thick now! Better off buying frozen and cooking at home! We won't go back!
