I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When placing my order, I told Orlando I needed sauce and mentioned that my daughter’s ice cream was missing. He acknowledged me but never returned to the car. That was frustrating but understandable.
However, when I got to the window, I politely asked again for the missing items. Orlando ignored me, so I said, “Excuse me, sir,” a bit louder. At that point, I mentioned the ice cream again. That’s when another employee, Ruth—whom I had not been speaking to—approached my car, tossed the sauce into my lap, and charged me $1.10 for a salad container without explanation.
I asked to speak with a manager, and Desmin came to the car. Unfortunately, instead of listening to my concerns seriously, he laughed in my face and acted like it was a joke.
There was absolutely no reason for me to be treated this way, especially when I was just responding to what they asked me: if I needed anything else. I will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with others due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional service.

I usually am not a review person but I’ve gotten to the point where i’m just annoyed with this location that I drive across town to go a different location when this one is closest to my home. Everytime I come to this location, my order is wrong and has to be remade TWICE, workers ringing up wrong because they are playing, or they are out of grilled nuggets which is all i eat are grilled products from here. Super frustrating. Needs new staff/management. A complimentary entree card each time has ran thin with me.

What’s going on with Chik fil a? Been gong my whole life. Last 3 visits I got home with Togo order and chicken minis literally had NO chicken. 3 times. And the milkshakes have been runny all those visits as well. This never used to happen. Ever.

The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant

This location is a poor reflection of a great franchise. The management is completely inept. Called about a missing item from an order and the manager said there was no way to refund a single item?? After pressing the issue, they said they would have to call the owner to figure out how to issue a refund. Told me that they would get back to me ASAP, but it might be a while because “it’s almost lunch time and it will probably get busy.”
Unfortunately, these people are rude! I don’t get to treat myself to Chick Fil A often, and so I don’t know the menu super well. I pulled up to order and asked the woman taking my order what the “lowest nugget count is” thinking I might get a 5 count or something. She looked me square in the face and said “one” then laughed at me and said “so are you gonna order or not?” I was speechless, but ordered and then waited over 15 minutes for my food. I’m just going to avoid this location altogether.

Average Chick-fil-A place. This one has a clean but sterile atmosphere not welcoming just OK. Food was average to below with their signature waffle fries cold and mushy and the chicken only warm. I thought about returning it to warm up but was on a limited lunch time. Front service was good as they teach the employees to fill drinks and ask if you want more ice. Not busy when I was there so I expected more attention to the customers. No one came around to ask if I wanted a refill like some other stores do which would have given more stars for service. I’ll Probably will go to different store next time.

Drive-thru ordered tortilla chicken soup, lemonade and spicy chicken sandwich
Cold food, snarky staff and terrible service from “manager” who has no idea how they serve cold chicken after making you wait 15 minutes. This seemed like a prank the response was no one’s pleasure. Watch for Amex charge back since you wouldn’t process a refund. You think I want to wait even longer for your incompetence?

The drive thru is super slow. We waited for 20 to 30 miutes for our order to be taken. Also once I arrived to order, the cashier was laughing as she took my order.
