Same as the people below have commented. Worst dominos ever. After an hour of my order saying “prepped” I started calling to check the status. No one will answer the phone. So I drove to the store. Girl at the register asked for the address on my order and the walked off talking on her cell phone. Once my order was ready I asked for the delivery fee to be taken off and they told me they couldn’t do that without refunding the whole order and running it through again. I asked if they would just credit that amount to my account, he said yes but didn’t do anything so doubtful that was done. Meanwhile, the phones were ringing and no one was answering them including the employee on her personal phone. When I asked the guy why no one was answering the phones he said they don’t answer them unless they are caught up on orders. I highly suggest not ordering from this dominos. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired.

this particular store today only has 3 people total!!! including drivers!! I called after my tracker still said prep after 30 mins of waiting. manager then told me they have stopped delivering to my neighborhood when I placed another order at this store very recently and there was no hiccups when I put in my address!! it's approaching an hour of waiting and I will be checking in again at the store. they need to hire more help, get it together, and get my kids and I fed!!!!

Placed an order tonight, and have been waiting FOUR HOURS for it to be delivered (i’m still actively waiting). I have tried to call the store a whopping total of THIRTY-FIVE times. Originally they answered after the 4th call, apologized and said it would be delivered soon. i waited another hour after that and began calling again with NO ANSWER. They also have a full voicemail box. DO NOT ORDER HERE.
***EDIT***: Shortly after writing this, the status of my order was changed to ‘On the Way’. We waited another 30 minutes, checking our driver’s status, received the text he was in our neighborhood, and waited…. only to see that the driver marked the order as “Completed” and we NEVER received our order. I have NEVER in my life received such horrendous customer service AND support. So i will be charging this back on my credit card and NEVER ordering from this location EVER AGAIN.

What a lousy sorry excuse for a dominoes. This place accepted my order for delivery, and reported it as delivered. Yet, they failed to actually deliver my pizza. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Stay away from this pitiful, disappointing establishment. Customer service was worthless, and I’m still out $30 for an order I never received. I repeat, STAY AWAY!! I wish there was a photo to add to this review but there was never even a pizza delivered!

So, the only reason I've ever used this Domino's is because the location is convenient. The quality of the food is always questionable. Today, I got cinammon bread without the cinnamon. A few days ago, I ordered a pizza to be delivered. The app said it was on its way, but we didn't receive it until an hour later. Even the people at the store told untruths about the delivery time. On previous recent orders, we've also had issues with burned pizza, missing sauces we've paid for, orders being canceled without a warning and drivers that seem very suspicious. I will not be spending my money at this location again.
