the customer service and lack of accuracy in delivery orders makes this place a borderline scam. they will take nearly an hour to deliver a cold pizza and then have unacceptable replacement policies. they demanded I give them the uneaten pizza they gave me BACK and the manager assured me they wouldn't be selling it to any other customers but after my experiences with this place I wouldn't be surprised if that were a white lie. I ordered a seven topping pizza using the mobile app and they delivered a cheese pizza and then kept reassuring me they didn't believe I was lying in a condescending manner that led me to believe they did in fact think I was lying. I feel disrespected and raked over. the store manager let me know it's against company policy to give contact information for district managers and I can only imagine that's either a lie or they get so many complaints for bad service the district manager's phone would melt, unlike the cheese on this cold cheese pizza I didn't order.

The GM Lee is really loved by everyone in the community as well as his staff. Thanks for making our visit quick and enjoyable and our dinner amazing.

Location does not answer the phone no matter how long it rings, and because it’s a franchise, Domino’s customer service can’t do anything. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Go anywhere else.

why its ok to send out food that is burnt. that's the second time im having issues from this location. whoever preparing the food doesn't care about the quality. he/she doesn't deserves to be in your kitchen working for you.
Update: on 04/17/2025 ordered delivery online to my work place around 11:30am, the driver show up later around 2:00pm. This location is 10min away from my work place. 2hrs to deliver my food. This location is a joke. Never coming back.

People are trippin I swear. I've ordered 3 pizzas the last month and NOTHING was wrong. They were all good. ITS PIZZA. It's not some 5 star sit down restaurant. And they are always nice when I go in to get it. I also leave a tip because it's a service regardless.

Same as the people below have commented. Worst dominos ever. After an hour of my order saying “prepped” I started calling to check the status. No one will answer the phone. So I drove to the store. Girl at the register asked for the address on my order and the walked off talking on her cell phone. Once my order was ready I asked for the delivery fee to be taken off and they told me they couldn’t do that without refunding the whole order and running it through again. I asked if they would just credit that amount to my account, he said yes but didn’t do anything so doubtful that was done. Meanwhile, the phones were ringing and no one was answering them including the employee on her personal phone. When I asked the guy why no one was answering the phones he said they don’t answer them unless they are caught up on orders. I highly suggest not ordering from this dominos. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired.
