This was an awful experience. We ordered our pizza at 5:50, got a notification that it was done and in “quality check” at 6:04 where it remained for the next hour. We finally got a notification that it was on the way around 7:00 and got to us around 7:30. The pizza was not cut properly and tasted like cardboard because it sat out for an hour and a half before it got to us. It was room temperature and just gross. You would think it would have better seeing as it was in “quality check” for so long. Anyway, we tried to call several times to cancel the order and get our money back but no one would answer the phone. We waited for them to answer for over ten minutes each time we called and never got one answer. Please shut this place down before someone gets seriously sick from how nasty the food and workers are.

So obviously the general manager of the store is so overwhelmed. He doesn't care if one of his employees hits you with their car color. Guy black Nissan Maxima 625 managed does not care. Watch yourself! And so the manager. This store's name is Cody so hopefully I hear something back on this cuz I'm about to sue you for your driver hitting me and your manager can't put the other manager to make pizzas so he can go and review camera footage to see you which one of your drivers. It was in the black Nissan Maxima that hit me. Then you sell me chicken alfredo with no chicken and a chicken parmesan sandwich that's burnt and has barely any chicken in it. I think it was eight pieces of your little chicken strips and now we see why Domino's is falling!!!!

Made a online order and my food has been in quality check long enough to where it's no longer fresh the time of arrival keeps going back and forth from 12 minutes up to 30 minutes Everytime it gets down to around 12 minutes the order time goes right back up. Still haven't gotten my food but I don't expect the food to be fresh. I'm literally staying awake and not going to sleep waiting on a pizza I was supposed to have already. Guess I shouldn't have tipped until I actually got my food.Update finally got my food and delivery driver was very nice but as expected food was not fresh.

Watson is the worst manager I ever had to deal with.I'm not going to share every detail because it was long and frustrating,but made a order ,hour later tracker said delivered,not, call the store Watson said oh he's here and he meaning Justin and he is on the way leaving the store with your other which was supposedly delivered still no Justin no pizza.Called back no answer,so i reorder the same pizza with an extra topping so this other guy arriveed but when we told him we never received our other pizza he said oh yea Justin still got the pizza but this time we was select pay with cash and wasn t going to pay because we never received the other order which paid for with my card.The guy called his manager watson to let him know ,and basically he said he would rather thow that one away and send us another one with one less topping.its 10:30 at night,we start this transaction at 7:45! SMH

I had 2 large specialty pizzas that took almost 3 hours to be delivered to me and I live around the corner the MOD promised I would have it free of charge under my name and number but when I called finally it wasn't in the system now I feel like he just told me anything to get me from the store because I came to try to pick it up after the long wait

never ordering here again. delivery driver couldn’t find my apartment and instead of calling me left to deliver another pizza. manager isn’t helpful at all and this location is just trash in general hopefully they lose all business. they definitely need new staff. they DO NOT try to communicate with you at all. also manager said i’d get a refund for all the trouble and i did NOT get a refund.

A year ago I had posted a positive feedback about this place because I was very satisfied with the staff, food and customer service that I have been receiving all through the years I've been going there, but now it's a whole new crew and a new management, it sucks!!! Customer Service is awful, they don't speak when you enter the restaurant, they look at you crazy like you have the problem, they are slow with the Food, never on time, management lady is just as bad because she doesn't seem never happy, she issues and want to put it all on the customers, very negative environment, negative workers. It is very disappointing to come and experience something like this and I hate that have to make a decision to go somewhere else due to this situation. I love dominos more than anybody else, but until they change you will loose a lot of customers, and you know that when you loose customers you loose money and I am sure you don't want that to happen.
