Found some of the best trompo and cabeza tacos outside of Texas right here. The cabeza was buttery soft and paired perfectly with the spicy green salsa. The trompo with pineapple salsa tasted just like being back in Mexico — all the right flavors, super fresh. I could’ve gone for a little more spice, but that’s just me. Either way, this spot is a must. I’m definitely eating here again before I leave. Heads up: trompo is only on the weekends!
